1. When can customers place a pre-order?
Samsung Galaxy S26 5G on Easy360 will be available for pre-order from 8:00 AM, 26 February 2026 until 11.59 PM 10 March 2026 through the CelcomDigi website, while stocks last.
2. What are the benefits of signing up during the pre-order period?
The Samsung Galaxy S26 5G is available for pre-order from CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100 2026 plan and above.
Selected CelcomDigi plans include an exclusive pre-order bundle as detailed in the table below (while stocks last). CelcomDigi reserves the right to change the freebies at any time without prior notice.

3. Who is eligible to pre-order?
New customers (including Port-Ins and Prepaid-to-Postpaid Conversions).
Existing customers without any contract and no call bar / restrictions.
4. Can customers with an existing contract opt for this plan?
No. Customers currently under contract are not eligible for this plan.
5. How to pre-order?
Step 1: Log on to CelcomDigi Website
Step 2: Select the preferred plan, device model and freebies
Step 3: Make upfront payment (Subject to eligibility)
6. What payment methods are available for online pre-orders?
Payment can be made using a credit or debit card at the time of pre-order.
7. How will the pre-ordered device be delivered?
Devices will be shipped to customers via courier. Delivery dates may vary depending on courier practices, delivery location, shipping method, and items ordered.
8. When will the customers receive the device?
Devices will be delivered starting from 11 March 2026.
PhoneCARE
9. Who is eligible for the free 3-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
Customers who purchase Samsung Galaxy S26 5G Phones during the pre-order period (26 February till 10 March 2026) and opt in for the PhoneCARE Swap & Replace Plan are eligible for the free 3-month. Click here for more information about PhoneCARE.
10. How do I sign up for the free 3-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
When pre-ordering, select “Yes” under the PhoneCARE consent toggle, then choose the “Free 3-Month Swap & Replace” option
11. What is the value of the free "Swap & Replace" plan when I purchase this device?

12. I already have an existing PhoneCARE plan. Am I still eligible for the free 3-month PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
Yes, you are eligible. Your existing PhoneCARE plan will be terminated and replaced with this new one. All you have to do is:
- Select "Yes" under the PhoneCARE consent toggle
- Choose the "Free 3-Month Swap & Replace" option
Note: This offer is only valid during the pre-order period from 26 February 2026 to 10 March 2026.
13. Will I still need to make monthly payments for the PhoneCARE "Swap & Replace" plan?
Yes. Where applicable, the regular monthly subscription fee for PhoneCARE will still apply upon successful PhoneCARE activation. The rebate will be credited into your monthly bill, with each month’s rebate credited within 60 days.
14. How will the free 3-month PhoneCARE rebate appear on my bill?
The rebate will appear as “Payment Via M-1” on your monthly bill.
15. What if I prefer the PhoneCARE "Swap" plan?
You may opt to subscribe to the PhoneCARE Swap plan; however, it is not part of the free 3-month offer and will be charged at the usual rate upon receiving your new device.
16. When will my PhoneCARE plan be activated?
Your PhoneCARE plan will be activated within 6 days of receiving your new device.
- If your device gets accidentally damaged during this period, don't worry – you're still eligible to make a claim on the SR Portal.
- If you're switching from an existing PhoneCARE plan, the new plan will also take up to 6 days to activate after termination.
Spring Roam Pass
17. What is the Spring Roam Pass (also known as JetSet Roam Pass (Worldwide))?
The Spring Roam Pass is an exclusive PWP roaming pass available only to customers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S26 5G Phones during the official Pre-Order Campaign Period with only RM99. Offer details as below:

18. When can I subscribe to this Pass?
The Pass is available exclusively during the Samsung Galaxy S26 5G Phones Pre-Order. You must select it at the point of Pre-Order; it will not be available later.
19. When is the Pass valid?
The Pass will be activated by batch starting from 6 March 2026 until 13 March 2026 23:59 (MYT). Once activated, you will receive an SMS confirmation and your 15GB quota will be allocated immediately.
20. What happens when I use up the 15GB quota?
Upon full usage, data roaming will be blocked. To continue using data overseas, you will need to purchase a standard roaming pass at the prevailing rates.
21. How do I check my balance and usage?
You can track and manage your usage via the CelcomDigi App, or by dialing USSD *800#.
22. Does the Pass include calls and SMS?
No. Calls and SMS while roaming will be charged separately at the prevailing international roaming rates published on the CelcomDigi website.
Trade-In
23. What’s the trade-in offer for this pre-order period?
Customers who pre-order the Samsung Galaxy S26 Phones are eligible for up to RM500 in extra trade-in value.

- If Customer B chooses the bank transfer trade-in option, signs up for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 2026, and pre-orders the Samsung Galaxy S26+ 5G, they will receive an overtrade amount of RM100
- If Customer C chooses to credit the amount to their Postpaid bill, signs up for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 2026, and pre-orders the Samsung Galaxy S26+ 5G, they will receive an overtrade amount of RM200.
24. How can I trade in my device?

25. I’ve received my trade-in amount, but not the extra RM400? When will I get it?
Don’t worry – the extra RM400 will be credited in the next billing cycle, within 60 days.
