FAQ: CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 Supplementary and GadgetSIM Plans

1. How do I sign up for supplementary plans with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 and CelcomDigi One 2026 plans? 

With the introduction of the new 2026 Postpaid plan structure:

• You can now choose any new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plan for your supplementary line(s).
• Customers on the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 supplementary plans will enjoy all corresponding plan benefits except access to Pakej MegaJimat, Easy360 and additional supplementary lines.
• CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 and CelcomDigi One 2026 principal plans that are eligible for supplementary line discounts, will enjoy up to 50% off on the supplementary plan monthly commitment fees. 
• Supplementary lines must be registered under an active CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 or CelcomDigi One 2026 principal plan.

2. Do supplementary line subscribers enjoy the same benefits as principal line subscribers? 

Yes, all supplementary lines do share the same benefits as the principal lines of the same value; including 50% roaming discount, included security and entertainment, except for device contract benefits, which are available only to the principal line. Please check the CelcomDigi Postpaid website for more information. 

3. Which CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 and CelcomDigi One 2026 plans can add supplementary lines, and which plans can be selected as supplementary lines?  

Only CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 2026 plans or higher and CelcomDigi One 2026 can sign up for supplementary lines. Once you have an eligible, active principal plan, all CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans, including Postpaid SE 2026 can be added as supplementary lines, with applicable discounts.

4. I have just subscribed to a new GadgetSIM supplementary plan. Am I also eligible for the supplementary line discount benefit?

No, only CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 supplementary plans are eligible for the supplementary line discount benefit.  

5. Can I share the quota from my principal line to my GadgetSIM line?

No, the quota for each plan under the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 / One 2026 Plans are only for individual line usage. Do note that the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G GadgetSIM Plan comes with at least 30GB of quota. 

6. I am an existing Celcom/Digi customer with family lines under my account. Do I have to change my family lines to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 plans if I change my principal plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 / One 2026 Plan?

Yes, you are required to change all your supplementary lines to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 2026 / One 2026 Plans.
