FAQ: Valorant x Codashop Cashback Campaign

1. What is this promotion?
Reload your Valorant game credit (VP) via Codashop and pay using Celcom or Digi billing to receive a 3% cashback. Terms and conditions apply.
2. When is the campaign period?
The offer is valid from 12th Feb to 12th April 2026.
3. Who is eligible to enjoy this offer?
All CelcomDigi subscribers residing in Malaysia are eligible to participate in this campaign, except the following:
- Postpaid subscribers with overdue bills or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Prepaid subscribers with insufficient prepaid credits or those who have exceeded their transaction limits.
- Non-Valorant Player (without player ID) and non-Codashop users.
4. Is this promotion applicable across all platforms?
This promotion is only applicable to participants who purchase Valorant game credits (VP) via Codashop and make payment using CelcomDigi Direct Operator Billing.
5. Which Valorant game credit denominations are eligible to enjoy the 3% cashback?
Direct top up of 3,650 VP, 5,350 VP and 11,000 VP, excluding voucher codes.
6. How will I be notified if I receive the cashback?
Participants who meet all campaign criteria will receive an SMS notification for cashback within 2 hours. If you don’t receive the SMS, it means either the campaign requirements were not fulfilled or the cashback quota has been fully redeemed.
7. Once I receive the cashback SMS, how will I get the cashback?
- For prepaid users, the cashback will be credited as prepaid credit upon successful payment. It can be used for CelcomDigi’s service subscriptions and/or Direct Operator Billing purchases. The validity period of the cashback will follow the validity of the eligible participant’s prepaid account.
- For postpaid users, the cashback will be offset in the next billing cycle.
8. Is the cashback transferable or exchangeable for cash?
The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
