This is an important notice for Celcom customers.
Please be advised that there will be a scheduled Celcom system upgrade from 12:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on 19-Jan-2026. During this period, certain services and channels will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend planning your activities ahead to ensure a smooth experience.

To ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade, please pre-book your roaming passes and complete any purchases of internet add-ons or internet plans before scheduled system upgrade periods.

Step 1: On the CelcomDigi app homepage, click on ‘Roaming’.
Step 2: Choose a country and select your preferred roaming pass
Step 3: Tap the calendar icon to set your activation date, then click “Next” to complete the purchase.
Step 4: You can view the pre-booking via View All > Roaming Pre-booking > All Bookings
All other Celcom channels and services remain available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
Important: Stay vigilant against scams. CelcomDigi will never ask for OTP or sensitive information through unsolicited calls or messages related to the system upgrade. If you receive such calls or texts, please disregard and report them to CelcomDigi.
