1. What is the all new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 Plan?

CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan is a new 5G Plan which offers Unlimited 5G & 4G anywhere, 50% discount on supplementary lines and roaming, free 5G Phones & latest 5G Phones from RM1/ month.

The all new CelcomDigi One 2026 Plan is a new 5G Plan which offers Unlimited 5G & 4G anywhere, 50% discount on roaming, latest devices from RM1/month, up to 2 unlimited family lines, 500Mbps fibre, Disney+ subscription and MobileSHIELD subscription. 

2. What is the download speed for each of the 5G Speed Tier under CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 Plan?

3. With this CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G/ One 2026 plan launch, are you also going to discontinue the Celcom Postpaid and Digi Postpaid?

Yes, Celcom Postpaid and Digi Postpaid Plan will be discontinued. We recommend you to sign-up the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 Plans to enjoy the best value on your postpaid plan. The new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan starts from as low as RM40/ month.

4. I subscribed to the CelcomDigi One plan before the 18th of December 2025. Can I subscribe to the new devices? 

No, you will need to upgrade your plan to the latest CelcomDigi One 2026 plan in order to sign up for the latest devices.

5. I am an existing Digi Customer having the non-contract Roam Like Home offer. Will I continue to enjoy this offer if I change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 plan?

No, your Roam Like Home offer will be dropped if you change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 plan. In exchange, you will be able to enjoy Unlimited Roaming Pass for only RM24/month with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 and above / One 2026 plans.

6. Can I sign up for the CelcomDigi Postpaid / One 2026 plans with Senior Citizens or Person with Disability rebate?

There is no rebate for Senior Citizens or Person with Disability with CelcomDigi Postpaid / One 2026 plans currently. Stay tuned for our upcoming promo. Kindly note that if you are currently already enjoying a Senior Citizen or Person with Disability rebate on your current Digi plan, you will continue to enjoy the rebate when you change to a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 plan.

7. Can I sign up for WatchSIM on my watch with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 Plan?

Yes, you may sign up for a WatchSIM with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One Plan.

If you have an existing NUMBERshare or AirSIM subscription, you need to terminate the subscription and sign up for WatchSIM, then you can can continue to enjoy the service with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 plan. 

8. Is auto-billing discount still available for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 Plan?

No, the auto billing discount will not be carried forward to the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G / One 2026 plan. All existing auto billing discounts will be removed when you switch to the new CelcomDigi One Pro plan. Please stay tuned for upcoming auto billing offers.

9. I subscribed to the CelcomDigi One Plan before the 18th of December 2025. What happens to my plan? 

You will continue to enjoy your current benefits of Unlimited 5G & 4G anywhere, 50% discount on roaming, up to 2 unlimited family lines, 300Mbps fibre, and Disney+ subscription (if applicable). However, if you would like to subscribe to the new devices, you will need to upgrade to the all new CelcomDigi One 2026 Plan.
