1. What is the Monthly Roam Pass?
Monthly Roam Pass is a monthly add-on that available for eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid customers. It automatically renews every billing cycle, so you don’t need to repurchase it each month.
2. Is this a contract-based offer?
No. This is a non-contract offer. You may unsubscribe anytime at your convenience.
3. Who is eligible to subscribe?
The Monthly Roaming Pass is available to CelcomDigi Postpaid customers as below:

- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 100
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120
- CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 140

Notes: The 15-minute call allocation applies to Calls to Malaysia, Calls within the roaming country and Incoming calls while roaming. Calls to other countries while roaming will be charged at the applicable Pay-As-You-Use rates.

6. How does the monthly renewal work?
Your allocated roaming quota will be refreshed and charged at the beginning of every billing cycle. Any unused internet quota from the previous cycle will be forfeited.
7. What is the channel of subscription?
Subscription can be performed via CelcomDigi app or dial *800# while roaming

8. How will I know if my pass is activated?
You’ll receive a successful activation notification once your subscription is active.
9. What happens if I use up my quota before the next billing cycle?
If your allocated data quota is fully utilized before the next bill cycle, data access will be blocked, and Voice calls will then be charged at the prevailing Pay-As-You-Use (PAYU) rates. You may purchase any available Roaming Pass to continue usage.
10. How can I check my usage?
You can monitor your usage anytime via the CelcomDigi app under the Usage section.
11. Can I have more than one recurring roaming pass at the same time?
Yes. You may have multiple Monthly passes active concurrently. The active passes will be renewed simultaneously at the start of each billing cycle.
12. How to unsubscribe from this offer?
You can unsubscribe from this offer by walking into your nearest CelcomDigi Store, our staff will assist you with the termination.
13. What happens if I unsubscribe before my bill cycle end, will the charges prorate?
If you unsubscribe before the end of your billing cycle, full charges for the current cycle will still apply. However, you may continue to enjoy the offer until the next billing cycle begins.
14. Can I re-subscribe after unsubscribed?
Yes, you may re-subscribe at any time. Please note that a processing fee will apply upon resubscription.
