7. How do I subscribe to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass?

8. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these bundles?

Yes, you will receive a SMS upon successful subscription and a separate notification via CelcomDigi app on activation link for Prime Video access. The SMS & app notification will be sent to the mobile number that subscribed to the bundle.


Important to note that, you will need to activate your Prime Video account from the activation link in the CelcomDigi app notification inbox. Therefore, please ensure you have downloaded CelcomDigi app and register your account before subscribing.

9. How do I access my Prime Video account? 

After activating your Prime Video account via activation link, visit the Prime Video webpage or open the mobile application. Login by using your mobile number that you subscribed to.


10. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Prime Video. What should I do?

Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to the same CelcomDigi mobile number. For further assistance, please contact us via WhatsApp


11. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Prime Video?

Please follow the steps below to activate your Prime Video account:


On your desktop browser:

  1. Go to Prime Video homepage and select Sign in.
  2. Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the browser.
  4. Start streaming!

On your iOS / Android mobile app:

  1. Download the Prime Video application. 
  2. Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  3. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the application. 
  4. Start streaming!

On your living room devices:

  1. Open Prime Video app on your Living room device.
  2. Enter your mobile number to log in (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
  1. You will receive a One-Time Password (OTP) via SMS; enter the OTP onto the application.

12.   I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. When will the pass expire? 

This is a monthly pass and it will be automatically renewed on a monthly basis. The pass will only expire if the renewal is not successful.


13. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

Yes, you can perform cancellation via CelcomDigi app. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. Upon cancellation, quota and Prime Video access will last till end of current subscription validity.

Step 2: Go to Shop and select Lifestyle.
Step 3: Select My Subscriptions on the top right corner.
Step 4: Select Prime Video subscription.
Step 5: Click Unsubscribe to proceed.  

 

14. Can I purchase the same Prime Video Bundle pass multiple times?

No, you are not allowed to perform multiple purchases of the same Prime Video Bundle pass while there is an active subscription.


However, if you concurrently purchase different Prime Video passes, [i.e. started with the SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass, and then the StreamMORE Prime Video Add-Ons pass, the first Prime Video pass will be cancelled and not renewed.

In this example, the renewal will continue with only latest subscription, which is the SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. There will be no pro-ration of charges on the cancelled subscription.


15. Can I purchase multiple StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes for different streaming services even if I have subscribed to a Prime Video Bundle pass from CelcomDigi?

Yes, you are allowed to purchase other StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes with other streaming services.


16. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. What will happen if I terminate my line or port out?

If you terminate your line or port out, you will not be able to access Prime Video with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed.


17. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. What will happen if I transfer my line to another owner name (transfer of ownership)?

The content access will be terminated before it is transferred to the new owner of the mobile number.


18. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on Prime Video. What should I do?

You can purchase CelcomDigi one-time passes or subscribe to monthly passes with sufficient internet quota to continue enjoying content on Prime Video.


19. What happens if I have insufficient credit balance when my SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass auto-renews?

SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass will be terminated if there is insufficient credit balance for auto-renewal. Please ensure you have sufficient credit balance 24 hours before expiry of the subscription.


20. I have an existing Prime Video direct billed subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass using the same mobile number?

No, you need to cancel your previous subscription before attempting to subscribe using the same mobile number.


21. Can I use my Prime Video subscription on other devices?

Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.


22. Can I use my SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass quota while roaming?

No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).


23. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to the SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass? 

Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase the SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to our passes and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.


24. Can I transfer my SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass benefit that I purchased from one mobile number to another mobile number?

No. The bundle access/ benefit is not transferrable to another mobile number.


25. I have further enquiry or issue with SpeedSTREAM Prime Video pass subscription. Where can I get help?

26. What are the terms of my access to Prime Video? 

By subscribing to Prime Video, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Prime Video, the customer (you) further agrees and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
