FAQ: Showtime with CelcomDigi - Zootopia 2

1. What is this campaign about?
3-2-1 Showtime! offers eligible customers the opportunity to receive up to two (2) complimentary movie tickets to watch Disney’s Zootopia 2 in cinemas.

2. What is the giveaway for this campaign? 

Eligible customers are entitled to receive up to two (2) complimentary movie tickets for Disney’s Zootopia 2, on a first-come, first-served basis. 

3. When is the campaign period? 

The campaign is valid from 12 November 2025 – 26 November 2025.

4. How can I be eligible for free movie tickets? 

1. Subscribe to Disney+ via one of the following: StreamMORE Add-Ons, Mega Add-Ons, SpeedSTREAM or CelcomDigi One Ultra plan.
2. Redeem the movie ticket via the CelcomDigi app under the 3-2-1 Showtime! section every Wednesday from 3:21PM. to 11:59PM, on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. How do I get free movie tickets?

To enjoy this free movie ticket, just follow the simple steps below.

1. Login to CelcomDigi app
2. Click to “For You” and select the “3-2-1 Showtime!”
3. Click “Claim Now” to get the free ticket

You may redeem up to two (2) movie tickets during the Campaign Period.

6. Is there a limit to the number of movie tickets?

Yes, there are a limited number of tickets available each week. Be sure to redeem your free tickets every Wednesday from 3:21PM to 11:59PM before they run out!

7. I just signed up or subscribed to an eligible plan. How long will it take for the movie ticket to appear in the CelcomDigi app for redemption?

The movie ticket will appear in the CelcomDigi app within 15 minutes after a successful sign-up or subscription. Please check the app after 15 minutes to proceed with the redemption. If the movie ticket is still not visible, try refreshing the app.

8. How do I know if I’m successful in redeeming my movie tickets?

You will receive a voucher code through the CelcomDigi app on “My Voucher”. This code will be sent to the mobile number you used to redeem the movie ticket.

9. How do I use my movie ticket voucher codes?

Once you receive the voucher codes on your CelcomDigi app, you can redeem it on the GSC website or mobile app.

Note: Please note that GSC Terms and Conditions apply for the usage of the voucher codes.

10. How can I retrieve and redeem my voucher code on GSC?

Step 1: Open the CelcomDigi app and click on the “Shop” tab

Step 2: Go to the ‘Voucher” and click “View More”

Step 3: Click on the “My Voucher” on the top right corner to see and copy the code

Step 4: Visit GSC website or mobile app

Step 5: Select date, time and seats for the selected movie title

Step 6: Enter voucher code at ‘checkout’ on the GSC website or mobile app

Step 7: Movie tickets are now successfully purchased, enjoy your movie! 

11. What are the types of halls and seats that I can redeem with the voucher codes I have won?

• One (1) e-Voucher code is valid for ONE (1) movie ticket in ANY Golden Screen Cinemas nationwide, EXCEPT Aurum Theatres (KL&JB), Premiere Class, Gold Class, Twin Seats, Dolby Atmos, D-Box, 4DX, Maxx Hall, IMAX, Big Screen, Screen X, PlayPlus and Onyx Hall.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following film format: 2D.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following movie class: Normal Class.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following seats: Normal.
