FAQ: CelcomDigi Free Phone Skin

1. What is the Free Phone Skin offer?

Customers are entitled to redeem one (1) free phone skin from 19th November to 18th December 2025, while stocks last. 

2. Which stores are participating?

This campaign is available at all CelcomDigi Stores (CDS). 

Note: CelcomDigi Express (CDE) outlets are not included.

3. Who is eligible to participate?

All customers who visit the participating stores during the campaign period. You must:

• Download the CelcomDigi app
• Have a successful account setup during the campaign period.

4. How long is the phone skin redemption valid?

The phone skin is redeemable for 1 month. Redemption is done in the CelcomDigi app, then applied at the store during checkout. 

5. Is there a limit to the redemptions?

Yes. The FREE Phone Skin redemptions are limited ONE (1) per CelcomDigi app downloaded user, based on available stocks. While stocks last.

6. What happens if the items run out?

All redemptions and giveaways are on a while-stocks-last basis. Once stocks are fully redeemed, the items will no longer be available.

7. Can I change the phone skin once the cutting process is completed?

No. The phone skin is non-exchangeable. Once the cutting process is completed, the selected design is considered final and must be accepted as chosen.

8. Are the offers transferable?

No. The phone skin is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
