Showtime with CelcomDigi – Mufasa: The Lion King

1. What is this campaign about?

Showtime with CelcomDigi offers eligible customers a chance to win exciting prizes, such as free movie tickets to watch the latest blockbusters and exclusive movie merchandise.

2. What are the prizes for this campaign? 

For Mufasa: The Lion King, eligible CelcomDigi customers can win free movie tickets.

3. When is the campaign period?

For Mufasa: The Lion King, the campaign is valid from 10 December 2024 - 6 January 2025.

4. How can I be eligible for the free movie tickets? 

• Opt-in to the campaign: This can be done through the Showtime tab in the Celcom Life or MyDigi app.
• Be subscribed to one of the following plans: StreamMORE Add-Ons, SpeedStream (Disney+ Hotstar) Pass, or ONE Ultra plan.

Note: The movie tickets will be granted on first-come, first-serve basis.

5. Is there a limit to the number of movie tickets?

Yes, there's a limit of 250 pairs (500 tickets) available. So, be quick to opt-in for the free tickets before they run out!

6. How will I know if I’ve won? 

If you’re one of the lucky winners, we’ll send you a notification through the Celcom Life or MyDigi app.

7. How will I get my movie tickets?

If you’re successful after opting-in, you'll receive a voucher code through Celcom Life or MyDigi app. This code will be sent to the mobile number you used to sign up for the campaign.

To ensure you receive your voucher code, we recommend you to: 

• Enable push notifications: This will alert you as soon as your voucher is ready.
• Check your rewards: Visit the 'Rewards' section of your app to view the voucher code.

8. How do I use my movie ticket voucher code?

Once you receive the voucher code via push notification on your Celcom Life or MyDigi app, you can redeem it on the GSC website or mobile app.

Please note that GSC terms and conditions apply for the usage of the voucher codes.

Important: On step 5, the code can be viewed only once. Please be sure to screenshot the page immediately if the code will only be used at a later time. 

9. What are the types of hall and seats that I can redeem with the voucher codes I won?

• One (1) e-Voucher code is valid for ONE (1) movie ticket in ANY Golden Screen Cinemas nationwide, EXCEPT Aurum Theatres (KL&JB), Premiere Class, Gold Class, Twin Seats, Dolby Atmos, D-Box, 4DX, Maxx Hall, IMAX, Big Screen, Screen X, PlayPlus and Onyx Hall.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following film format: 2D.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following movie class: Normal Class.
• This e-voucher is valid for the following seats: Normal.
