1. What are the other freebies that now come with Celcom XPAX Starter Pack? 
A free 14-day trial on Call Me Tones (CMT) will automatically be provisioned 2 days upon activation of any new Celcom XPAX starter pack.  

  

2. Will I be charged during the free 14-day trial on Call Me Tones (CMT)? 
No, you will be able to enjoy a full 14-day free trial on Call Me Tones (CMT) at no extra charge. 

  

3. What will happen when the free 14-day trial on Call Me Tones (CMT) expires?  
You will have the option to either continue or terminate the service at your own discretion. Upon the expiry of the free trial period, you will be charged a standard recurring charge of RM0.75 per week. 

  

4. Will I be notified before the free 14-day trial period expires?  
Yes. You will receive SMS renewal reminder on the 6th and 12th day during the free trial that would provide you an option to either continue or opt-out from the service. To avoid being charged, you may terminate the service at any time before the free trial expires. 

  

5. How do I terminate Call Me Tones (CMT) service?

Below are the channels to terminate CMT:  

  1. Send SMS STOP or STOP ALL to short code 22990 

  2. Dial *323# or *118#

  3. Access and manage CMT subscription at cmt.celcom.com.my.
