Disney+ Hotstar is the dedicated streaming home for movies and shows from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, National Geographic and Star. Disney+ Hotstar offers an ever-growing selection of exclusive premieres of originals, including feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series, and short-form content.
2. Where can I stream with Disney+ Hotstar?
You can stream via the Disney+ Hotstar app available on Google Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS and iPadOS devices. You may also stream on supported web browsers via https://www.hotstar.com/my/ for other devices.
3. Which devices are compatible with Disney+ Hotstar?
Disney+ Hotstar is available on an extensive list of internet-supported mobile devices, tablets, web browsers and smart devices:

8. How do I subscribe to a StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar pass?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these passes?
Yes, you will receive a welcome SMS upon successful subscription. The SMS will be sent to the CelcomDigi mobile number that performed the subscription.
10. How do I access my Disney+ Hotstar account?
After receiving the welcome SMS, visit the Disney+ Hotstar webpage or open the mobile application. Login by using your mobile number that you subscribed with.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
Please ensure that your mobile number is the same mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same mobile number.

12. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Disney+ Hotstar?
On your desktop browser:
- Go to Disney+ Hotstar’s homepage and select ‘Login’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser.
- Start streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app:
- Download the Disney+ Hotstar application.
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application.
- Start streaming!
On your living room devices:
- Open Disney+ Hotstar app on your living room device.
- Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to log in (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Enter the OTP sent to your number.
- Start streaming!
13. I subscribed to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. When will the pass and access expire?
- Internet Pass Quota Validity: The StreamMORE Internet quota will be valid until 11:59pm on the 30th day of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited.
- Disney+ Hotstar Basic Access Validity: The Disney+ Hotstar access validity period will follow calendar month calculation, with expiry being the same day of following month, or last day of following month, whichever is earlier. Samples as shown below:

14. Can I purchase the same StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar pass multiple times?
No, you are not allowed to perform multiple purchases of the same StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass while there is an active subscription.
However, if you concurrently purchase different Disney+ Hotstar Basic passes, (i.e. started with the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass, and then the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass) the first Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass will be cancelled and not renewed.
In this example, the renewal will continue with only latest subscription, which is the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. There will be no pro-ration of charges on the cancelled subscription.
15. Can I purchase multiple StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes for different streaming platforms even if I have subscribed to a Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass from CelcomDigi?
Yes, you are allowed to purchase other StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes with other streaming platforms after subscribing StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic.
16. I subscribed to the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. What will happen if I terminate my line or port out?
If you terminate your line or port out, you will not be able to access Disney+ Hotstar with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed.
17. I subscribed to the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. What will happen if I transfer my line to another owner name (transfer of ownership)?
The content access will be carried forward to the new owner of the mobile number. It is advisable for you to unsubscribe from the service prior to performing a transfer of ownership.
18. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
You can purchase CelcomDigi one-time passes or subscribe to monthly passes with sufficient internet quota to continue enjoying content on Disney+ Hotstar.
19. What will happen to my StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass auto-renewal if there is insufficient balance on my line?
The auto-renewal of the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass will be dropped, and you need to resubscribe the Disney+ Hotstar pass through the same steps above.
20. I have an existing Disney+ Hotstar direct billed subscription purchased via various payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic using the same mobile number?
Please take note, if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.
21. I have multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers, can I update my Disney+ Hotstar login to a different number?
No, Disney+ Hotstar Basic access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers can only login to Disney+ Hotstar via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a new CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to purchase a new StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass using the new mobile number via the Celcom Life app/MyDigi app.
22. Can I use my StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
23. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass?
Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic passes. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.
24. Can I use my StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass quota while on roaming?
No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
25. What are the terms of my access to Disney+ Hotstar?
By subscribing to Disney+ Hotstar, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Disney+ Hotstar, the Customer (you) further agree and confirm that he/she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
