Disney+ Hotstar offers an ever-growing selection of exclusive premieres of originals, including feature-length films, documentaries, live-action and animated series, and short-form content.
2. What is StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar?
It’s a contract-based subscription to Disney+ Hotstar, offered at a lower monthly rate when you commit for a fixed period of 12 months. 8. How do I subscribe to StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life / MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar?
Yes, you will receive a SMS upon successful subscription and a separate SMS on log in detail for Disney+ Hotstar access. The SMS will be sent to the principal mobile number.
If you did not receive the SMS, you may still attempt to login to Disney+ Hotstar application. If login fails, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
10. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same CelcomDigi mobile number.

11. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Disney+ Hotstar?
To activate your subscription:
- Celcom Life App: Go to Usage > Local > Subscriptions > Click on “Activate”
- MyDigi App: Go to Settings > My Subscriptions > Digital Subscriptions > Click on “Activate”
Once you click on “Activate”, you will land on the Disney+ Hotstar App, where you will receive a message to follow the steps below.
Please follow the steps below to activate your Disney+ Hotstar account:
On your desktop browser:
- Go to Disney+ Hotstar’s homepage and select Login.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.
- You will receive a 4-digit code via SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser.
- Start streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app:
- Download the Disney+ Hotstar application
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription)
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application

On your living room devices:
- Open Disney+ Hotstar app on your Living room device
- Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to log in
- Enter the OTP sent to your number
- Start streaming!
12. I subscribed to StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar. How long is my subscription valid for?

13. Can I subscribe to the same StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar multiple times on the same day?
No, you can only have one active StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar subscription at a time. To subscribe to StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Add-Ons, you must first terminate your existing StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription. If your subscription is still within the contract period, early termination fees will apply.
14. Can I use my Disney+ Hotstar subscription on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
15. Can I use the bonus quota that comes with StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar while o roaming?
No. The quota is applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
16. Can I cancel my StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription at any time?
Yes, but you’ll need to visit our CelcomDigi Stores to cancel. However, if you cancel before the 12-month contract ends:
- No pro-rated refund will be provided
- Your quota will stop immediately & you will no longer have access to it for the rest of the billing cycle
- Your Disney+ Hotstar access will be terminated immediately
- An early termination fee will apply, calculated as:
- Monthly subscription fee x Remaining contract months
17. What happens if I terminate my postpaid line?
If you terminate your postpaid line, you will no longer be able to access Disney+ Hotstar with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. An early termination fee will also apply based on the remaining contract period.
18. I have an existing Disney+ Hotstar direct billing subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar using the same mobile number?
Yes, you can. However, please take note that if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.
19. Is StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar also charged based on a 12-month contract cycle?
Yes, StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar charge is billed monthly (based on your monthly Postpaid billing cycle) over a 12-month contract period.
20. My postpaid line is barred/ suspended. What will happen to my StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription?
You will not be able to access / utilize your StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar benefits.
21. Can I transfer my StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar benefit from one mobile number to another mobile number?
No. The access/ benefit is not transferrable to another mobile number.
22. I have initiated Disney+ Hotstar account deletion. Can I revert the account deletion?
Reversal of account deletion is possible if request is raised within 7 days of account deletion. please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
23. I own multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers. Can I update my StreamMORE Contract login to a different number?
No, the access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers may only login to Disney+ Hotstar via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a different CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to perform a new StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription using the new mobile number via the Celcom Life app / MyDigi app.
24. I am not a CelcomDigi customer. Can I transfer my existing Disney+ Hotstar subscription to the StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription?
To enjoy StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar, you may port-in to a CelcomDigi Postpaid plan and cancel your existing subscription to avoid being charged twice. Once completed, you may subscribe and activate your StreamMORE Contract Disney+ Hotstar subscription according to the steps above.
