8. How do I subscribe to SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life / MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these bundles?
Yes, you will receive a SMS upon successful subscription and a separate SMS on log in detail for Disney+ Hotstar access. The SMS will be sent to the principal mobile number.
If you did not receive the SMS, you may still attempt to login to Disney+ Hotstar application. For further assistance, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
10. How do I access my Disney+ Hotstar account?
After receiving the welcome SMS, visit the Disney+ Hotstar webpage or open the mobile application. Login by using your mobile number that you subscribed with.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
Kindly ensure that your mobile number is the same CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same CelcomDigi mobile number. For further assistance, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
12. Upon successful activation of these bundles, how do I log in to Disney+ Hotstar?
Please follow the steps below to activate your Disney+ Hotstar account:
On your desktop browser:
- Go to Disney+ Hotstar’s homepage and select Login.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below.
- You will receive a 4-digit code via SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser.
- Start streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app:
- Download the Disney+ Hotstar application.
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application.
- Start streaming!
On your living room devices:
- Open Disney+ Hotstar app on your Living room device.
- Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to log in (the same number you used to purchase the subscription).
- Enter the OTP sent to your number.
- Start streaming!
13. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. When will the pass and access expire?
- Internet Pass Quota Validity: The SpeedSTREAM Internet quota will be valid until 11:59pm on the 30th day of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited.
- Disney+ Hotstar Basic Access Validity: The Disney+ Hotstar access validity period will follow calendar month calculation, with expiry being the same day of following month, or last day of following month, whichever is earlier. Samples as shown below:

14. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes, you can perform cancellation via Celcom Life/ MyDigi app (whichever is applicable). There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed. Upon cancellation, quota and Disney+ Hotstar access will last till end of current subscription validity.

15. Can I purchase the same Disney+ Hotstar Bundle pass multiple times?
No, you are not allowed to perform multiple purchases of the same Disney+ Hotstar Bundle pass while there is an active subscription.
However, if you concurrently purchase different Disney+ Hotstar Basic passes, (i.e. started with the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass, and then the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic Add-Ons) the first Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass will be cancelled and not renewed.
In this example, the renewal will continue with only latest subscription, which is the StreamMORE Disney+ Hotstar Basic Add-Ons. There will be no pro-ration of charges on the cancelled subscription.
16. Can I purchase multiple StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes for different streaming services even if I have subscribed to SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass from CelcomDigi?
Yes, you are allowed to purchase other StreamMORE or SpeedSTREAM passes with other streaming services (i.e. Viu, iQIYI and Vision+) after subscribing SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass.
17. I subscribed to the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. What will happen if I terminate my line or port out?
If you terminate your line or port out, you will not be able to access Disney+ Hotstar with immediate effect. There will be no pro-ration of charges, with full charges imposed.
18. I subscribed to the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. What will happen if I transfer my line to another owner name (transfer of ownership)?
The content access will be carried forward to the new owner of the mobile number. It is advisable for you to unsubscribe from the service prior to performing a transfer of ownership.
19. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on Disney+ Hotstar. What should I do?
You can purchase CelcomDigi one-time passes or subscribe to monthly passes with sufficient internet quota to continue enjoying content on Disney+ Hotstar.
20. What happens if I have insufficient credit balance when my SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass auto-renews?
SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass will be terminated if there is insufficient credit balance for auto-renewal. Please ensure you have sufficient credit balance 24 hours before expiry of the subscription.
21. I have an existing Disney+ Hotstar direct billed subscription purchased via other payment channels (operator billing/ banking card). Can I still subscribe to SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass using the same mobile number?
Yes, you can. However, please take note that if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.

22. Can I use my Disney+ Hotstar subscription on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
23. Can I use my SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass quota while roaming?
No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).
24. Is SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass charged based on 30 days cycle?
Yes, CelcomDigi Disney+ Hotstar Bundle pass is charged based on 30 days cycle and will auto- renew at 12:00 A.M. on the 31st day of subscription. Please ensure you have sufficient credit balance 24 hours before expiry of the subscription.
25. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass?
Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase the SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic pass. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to our passes and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.
26. I have further enquiry or issue with my SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic subscription. Where can I get help?

27. Can I transfer my SpeedSTREAM Disney+ Hotstar Basic benefit that I purchased from one mobile number to another mobile number?
No. The bundle access/ benefit is not transferrable to another mobile number.
28. I have initiated Disney+ Hotstar account deletion. Can I revert the account deletion?
Reversal of account deletion is possible if request is raised within 7 days of account deletion. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
29. What are the terms of my access to Disney+ Hotstar?
By subscribing to Disney+ Hotstar, in each case irrespective of whether you log in or complete the registration process for Disney+ Hotstar, the customer (you) further agrees and confirm that he/ she has (you have) read, understood, accepted and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
