CelcomDigi WebSHIELD is a safety & protection service that helps protect you online by automatically blocking websites that may contain phishing, malware, or ransomware—before any connection is made. As long as you’re on CelcomDigi network in Malaysia and subscribed to WebSHIELD, you’ll enjoy peace of mind while you browse every day.
2. Who can enjoy WebSHIELD?
All active users of CelcomDigi Prepaid & Postpaid plan listed below, are eligible to subscribe:

3. How much is the price for WebSHIELD?
Promotional subscription price (21 August – 20 November 2025) | RM1.00/month |
Normal subscription price (21 November 2025 onwards) | RM3.00/month |
4. Is there any specific mobile platforms or device models that WebSHIELD supports?
As WebSHIELD is designed to protect CelcomDigi users, there is no restriction on specific mobile platforms or device models. As long as you’re connected to CelcomDigi network in Malaysia and subscribed to WebSHIELD when you browse, you’ll be protected.

6. How many licenses can I get if I subscribe to WebSHIELD?
One mobile number will only be eligible for one WebSHIELD license.
7. Will I be notified after WebSHIELD is activated?
Yes, you will receive SMS that will notifyupon successful subscription of WebSHIELD.
8. What is the validity period of the WebSHIELD subscription?
Upon successful subscription, WebSHIELD will protect you for 30 days.
9. Will my WebSHIELD subscription renew automatically?
Yes, your WebSHIELD subscription will renew automatically, so you stay protected without having to lift a finger.
No reminders, no manual steps—just seamless, ongoing protection for your online experience.
10. Can I subscribe to WebSHIELD more than once?
WebSHIELD is designed to be a one-time subscription service. Once you're subscribed, you're fully protected—no need to subscribe again!
If you try to subscribe a second time, you’ll see a friendly notification letting you know you're already covered.
11. Can I subscribe to WebSHIELD for my family members?
Yes, you can if they are your supplementary/family lines.
12. Do I need to manually run scans with WebSHIELD?
No you don’t, WebSHIELD works automatically in the background whenever you browse using your mobile browser. No setup needed, no extra steps — just seamless protection.
13. Does WebSHIELD work if I am using hotspot?
Yes if the mobile number you are using to hotspot is subscribed to WebSHIELD, then all the devices connected to it will have WebSHIELD protection as well.
14. What if I change my mind - can I cancel the service?
