1. What is the Semaikan Jalinan: Pakej MegaJimat Offer?

Customers in East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak, and Labuan) who sign up for the Pakej MegaJimat with the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 80 plan between 20 May and 16 June 2025 will enjoy a limited-time RM10 monthly rebate throughout their contract period.

2. Who is eligible for this offer?
The offer is open to Malaysian citizens residing in East Malaysia with a valid NRIC. Eligibility includes:

• Existing CelcomDigi customers who: 

• Change their plan from non-contractual to contractual
• Switch from a prepaid to a postpaid plan (prepaid credit up to RM100 will be carried forward and used to offset bill for the upcoming months)

• New customers, including:

• Port-ins from other telcos
• New line registrations
  

3. When is the offer period for this campaign?

The campaign runs from 20 May 2025 until 16 June 2025.

4. How long will I enjoy the RM10 rebate?

You will receive the RM10 monthly rebate throughout your contract period. 

5. What happens once the offer ends?

After the offer ends on 16 June 2025, new sign-ups will no longer be eligible for the RM10 monthly rebate. However, customers who subscribed during the campaign period will continue to enjoy the RM10 rebate throughout their contract period.

6. When will the RM10 rebate appear on my bill?

• New subscribers: The RM10 rebate will be reflected starting from your second monthly bill.
• Existing subscribers: The rebate will appear in the next bill after you sign up for the contract.
