1. What is Device Bundle XPAX Postpaid?

Device Bundle is a special plan that offer discounted device price with 12 or 24 months contract on XPAX Postpaid 60. Register now at Celcom Online Shop or the nearest Celcom bluecube or Celcom Certified Partners

2. Who is eligible to subscribe to Device Bundle XPAX Postpaid?

  • New and existing Celcom XPAX customer
  • Port-in customer
  • Change of Rate Plan
  • Prepaid to Postpaid


3. Can I subscribe to more than 1 device bundle with Celcom XPAX Postpaid plan?

Yes, you can subscribe up to 2 device bundle with XPAX Postpaid at a time. Once your current contract has expired, you can sign-up for another Device Bundle. 


4. I am tied to Device Bundle with Celcom MEGA contract, am I entitled to register for XPAX Postpaid Device Bundle Program?
Yes, you are entitled to register with Celcom XPAX Postpaid Device Bundle Program. However, you can only have a maximum of 2 contracts per IC at one time.

5. Can a foreigner subscribe to the XPAX Postpaid Device Bundle?

Foreigners can subscribe to the XPAX Postpaid Device Bundle with a deposit payment of RM150 on top of the required upfront payment.

6. Am I entitled for upfront payment waiver?

The total amount waived will be based on CTOS score.


7. Will the upfront payment be refunded?

No, however the upfront payment will be credited back to your bill in a period of 10 months. In the event of an early termination, any remaining balance from upfront payment shall be forfeited
