Rahmah Incentive Rebate for Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2025

1. What is Rahmah Incentive Rebate?

In conjunction with Aidilfitri 2025, CelcomDigi will be granting 5GB free data on the first day of Hari Raya Aidilfitri, i.e. 31st March 2025.


2. What does the Rahmah Incentive Rebate offer?

Customers can enjoy 5GB of free high-speed internet for 24 hours validity period.


3. Who is eligible for the Rahmah Incentive Rebate?

All Malaysians with an active eligible CelcomDigi Prepaid or Postpaid plan, including: 

  • All CelcomDigi, Celcom & Digi Prepaid mobile voice plans, ToneWow and MBits
  • All CelcomDigi, Celcom & Digi Postpaid mobile voice plans
  • All CelcomDigi, Celcom & Digi Postpaid business voice plans


4. Who is NOT eligible to the Insentif Rebat Rahmah?

  • Prepaid: Raja Kombo and Juara Keren plans
  • Postpaid: Fibre, 5G Home WiFi, GadgetSIM, and WatchSIM
  • Customers who perform a new registration, change of plan, or port-in / port-out on 31-March.  


5. How do I get the free 5GB Rahmah Incentive Rebate?

For Prepaid customers, you need to ensure that your line is in ACTIVE status. For Postpaid

customers, you need to ensure your line is in ACTIVE status with no overdue bills.

Once you are connected to Celcom or Digi network and start using Celcom or Digi mobile

internet between 7am-7pm, you will be granted the free 5GB data. Once granted customer can

enjoy the free data for 24 hours.
For Prepaid customers, you need to ensure that your line is in ACTIVE status. For Postpaid

customers, you need to ensure your line is in ACTIVE status with no overdue bills.

6. When will I expect to receive the free data?

The granting of the free data will commence from 7am on 31st March 2025, but for customer to receive the free data, customer’s line must be in ACTIVE status and connected to the Celcom or Digi network and start using mobile internet between 7am -7pm.


7. If my status is ACTIVE and on WiFi connection, do I get the free 5GB?

To receive the free 5GB data, customers must connect to the Celcom or Digi network and start using mobile internet between 7am -7pm.


8. Will I get notification upon receiving the free 5GB?

No SMS notification will be sent out upon granting of the free data. However, customers will be able to see the free data in the Celcom Life App and MyDigi usage dashboard once they have received the free data provided the customer has connected to the Celcom or Digi network and started using mobile internet between 7am - 7pm.


9. Where can I check my free 5GB data usage?

You can track your free 5GB data usage on the Celcom Life AppMyDigi App usage dashboard or via USSD.

  • For Celcom customers: quota balance will be shown by dialing:
    • Prepaid: *118*1*1*2# 
    • Postpaid: *118*2*2*1#
  • For Digi customers: quota balance will be sent to you in SMS by dialing:
  • Prepaid: *118*2*5# 
  • Postpaid: *118*2*2*1#
