This is an important notice for Celcom customers.

Please be advised that there will be a scheduled Celcom system upgrade from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on 7-Apr-2025. During this period, certain services and channels will be temporarily unavailable. We recommend planning your activities ahead to ensure a smooth experience.

Services and Channels Impacted During the System Upgrade

Unavailable Services:

• Purchase of internet add-ons and internet plans
• Purchase of roaming passes
• New registration, change of plan and line termination
• Activation and deactivation of value-added services
• SIM replacement

Unavailable Channels:

• Celcom Life App
• CelcomDigi Online Shop
• CelcomDigi Kiosk
• USSD (e.g., *118#, *800#)

To ensure a smooth experience during the scheduled system upgrade, please purchase your roaming passes, internet add-ons, or internet plans before 7 April 2025.

All other Celcom channels and services remain available as usual. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.

Important: Stay vigilant against scams. CelcomDigi will never ask for OTP or sensitive information through unsolicited calls or messages related to the system upgrade. If you receive such calls or texts, please disregard and report them to CelcomDigi.
