You can download the iQIYI app from the Google Play Store, Apple App Store or iQIYI website for other devices.

8. How do I subscribe to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP)?
Subscription can be performed via Celcom Life / MyDigi app.

9. Will there be any notification upon successful activation of these bundles?
Yes, you will receive a Welcome SMS upon successful subscription, the SMS will be sent to the CelcomDigi mobile number that performed the subscription.
If you did not receive a Welcome SMS, you may still attempt to login to VIU application. If login fails, please reach out to us via WhatsApp.
10. How do I access my iQIYI account?
You can login via the OTP sent to your CelcomDigi mobile number upon login. Please refer to question 12 for more details.
11. I did not receive the OTP on my mobile phone to activate iQIYI. What should I do?
Please ensure that your mobile number is the same mobile number used during subscription. The OTP will only be sent to that same mobile number. Please reach out to us via WhatsApp for further assistance.
12. Upon successful activation of SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP), how do I log in to iQIYI?
On your desktop browser
- Go to iQIYI and select ‘Login’
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription)
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking the button below
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the browser
- Enter your email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your email (this step may be skipped)
- If it’s your first time logging in to IQIYI, fill in your registration details. Click on ‘Create account’
- Choose the content rating for your Profile
- Select your preferred content language
- Start Streaming!
On your iOS / Android mobile app
- Download the iQIYI application
- Please agree to the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Supplemental Privacy Policy for Malaysia by clicking ‘Agree & Continue’
- Enter your mobile number to login (the same number you used to purchase the subscription)
- You will receive a 4-digit code through SMS; enter the 4-digit code onto the application
- Enter your email address and verify it with the OTP sent to your email (this is a skippable step)
- If it’s your first time logging in to IQIYI, fill in your registration details. Click on ‘Create account’
- Choose the content rating for your Profile
- Select your preferred content language
- Start Streaming!
On your living room devices
- Open iQIYI app on your Living room device
- Click on ‘Agree and Continue’.
- Enter your mobile number to log in
- Enter the OTP sent to your number
- You are now logged in to your Living room device
13. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP). When will the bundle expire?
- Internet Pass Quota Validity: The Internet Pass quota subscription will be valid until 30th day at the same time of subscription. Any unused quota will be forfeited.
- iQIYI’s access validity: The iQIYI access validity period will follow 31st days calculation after the subscription date. Samples as shown below:

14. Can I purchase the same CelcomDigi iQIYI Bundle pass multiple times?
No, you are not allowed to purchase multiple subscriptions of the same CelcomDigi iQIYI Bundle pass. However, if you purchase a different iQIYI bundle i.e (StreamMORE iQIYI upgraded to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI bundle, the previous iQIYI subscription will be cancelled and not renewed. The renewal will continue with only the latest subscription, which in this case will be the SpeedSTREAM iQIYI bundle.
15. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP). What will happen if I terminate my line or port out?
If you terminate your prepaid line. You will not be able to access iQIYI with immediate effect.
16. I subscribed to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP). What will happen if I transfer my line to another owner name (Transfer of Ownership)?
The content access will be carried forward to the new owner of the mobile number. It is advisable for you to unsubscribe from the service prior to performing a transfer of ownership to another owner name.
17. I have fully utilised my internet quota to stream content on iQIYI. What should I do?
You can purchase CelcomDigi One-Time Passes or subscribe to Monthly Passes with sufficient internet quota to continue enjoying content on iQIYI.
18. What happens if I have insufficient credit balance when my SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP) auto-renews?
SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP) will be terminated if there is insufficient credit balance for auto-renewal. Please ensure you have sufficient credit balance 24 hours before expiry of the subscription.
19. I have an existing iQIYI direct billing subscription purchased via other payment channels (Operator Billing / Banking Card). Can I still subscribe to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP) using the same mobile number?
Yes, you can. However, please take note that if both subscriptions are active, both will be charged concurrently. To avoid this, you will need to ensure the desired subscription remains active and perform cancellation on the other subscription.
20. I have multiple CelcomDigi mobile numbers, can I update my iQIYI login to a different number?
No, iQIYI access is not transferable to other mobile numbers. Customers can only login to iQIYI via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
If you have a new CelcomDigi mobile number, you will need to purchase a new CelcomDigi iQIYI bundle using the new mobile number via the Celcom Life app / MyDigi app.
21. Can I use my iQIYI subscription on other devices?
Yes, you can login on other compatible devices via the CelcomDigi mobile number used during subscription.
22. I am not a CelcomDigi customer; can I subscribe to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP)?
Only CelcomDigi customers are eligible to purchase CelcomDigi iQIYI Bundles. You will need to become a CelcomDigi customer before you can subscribe to SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP) and enjoy streaming with better value and savings.
23. Can I use my SpeedSTREAM iQIYI (Standard VIP) quota while roaming?
No. The quota is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia).

25. What are the terms of my access to iQIYI?
