How to switch my Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan and vice versa?

Switch from Prepaid plan to Postpaid plan
You can request to switch from a Prepaid plan to a Postpaid plan at the following locations:
Before submitting the request, please ensure that
- Your Prepaid account is active
- The request must be made by the registered owner (18 years or older)
- You must be present at the store with your NRIC/Passport
Charges
Tenure | Charges |
<6 months | Advance payment will be charged |
>6 months | Advance payment will be waived in your next bill |
Note: If you are a Celcom subscriber, the advance payment will be waived if you opt for a Device Bundle.
Additional Information
- The new activation date will take effect once your line is successfully transferred.
- Your Postpaid tenure will be reset.
- A maximum of RM100 prepaid credit balance will be transferred to your Postpaid account.
Switch from Postpaid plan to Prepaid plan
You can request to switch from a Postpaid plan to a Prepaid plan at the following locations
This request is only applicable for Digi and CelcomDigi subscribers who are on Digi network only
Before submitting the request, please ensure that
- Your Postpaid account is active with no outstanding bills
- The request can only be made by the registered owner
- You must be present at the store with their NRIC/Passport
Charges
Advance payment will be applied to settle any remaining outstanding bills. Any excess payment will be refunded via cheque after two billing cycles.
Penalty fees will apply if you have an active contract or terminate your contract early.
Additional Information
- You will receive a final pro-rated bill after the conversion to a Prepaid plan.
- Freebies from your Postpaid plan are non-transferable and will be forfeited.
- Supplementary lines can also be converted to a Prepaid plan, but they must be registered under the same owner.
