CelcomDigi WebSHIELD is a network-level security solution that protects users from online threats like phishing and malware. It works by inspecting internet traffic that passes through the network—automatically detecting and blocking harmful or suspicious activity such as phishing attempts and malware downloads. Running quietly in the background at the network level, WebSHIELD help you browse more safely and confidently, without slowing down your connection.

With a WebSHIELD subscription, network-level protection is automatically enabled and always on whenever you're connected to CelcomDigi network—no app needed. This ensures a safer browsing experience at all times. Notes: WebSHIELD is designed to help protect you from phishing, malicious links and other online threats — but no security solution can block every risk 100% of the time. While it adds a strong layer of protection, we always recommend staying alert and practicing safe browsing habits.

3. Eligibility |
3.1 To enjoy this offer, you must have an active Celcom or Digi line. This means your line must be able to make and receive calls.
3.2 Please note that the offer is not available if you have any outstanding bills, or if your line has been suspended or deactivated by CelcomDigi.
3.3 For Prepaid users, please ensure that you maintain sufficient credit balance for WebSHIELD subscription and its continuous renewal. Failure to do so may result in unsuccessful renewal and cancellation of the protection service.

5. Un-subscription / Cancellation |
5.1 Below are steps to cancel WebSHIELD Add-Ons subscription: Channel | Steps to cancel the subscription | CelcomDigi app | - Open the CelcomDigi app
- Click ‘My Plan’
- Click ‘Internet Subsbcription’
- Beside ‘WebSHIELD’, toggle the blue switch to grey
- Click ‘Confirm’ to proceed cancel the service.

| 6. Termination of Freedom Add-Ons WebSHIELD |
6.1 To cancel Freedom Add-Ons WebSHIELD subscription, you may visit any CelcomDigi store and request assistance to terminate the Freedom Add-Ons WebSHIELD 12-month contract. 6.2 Customer may opt to change from one Freedom Add-Ons to another or to add devices offerings subject to the following conditions: - If Customer performs a change after a period of less than 2 months from commencement of the said contract, customer shall pay RM30 as penalty fee for premature termination of the contract.
- If customer performs a change after a period of more than 2 months, penalty fee will be waived.
- Subject to the effective date of the change, all benefits from the previous contract shall be forfeited and new contract date shall commence on the effective date of the Change.
- CelcomDigi reserves the right to charge any administrative fee for each change request by the customers.
6.3 Customer may opt to upgrade his/her Plan to a higher value plan whereby the terms of the contract shall remain unchanged. 6.4 Customer may opt to downgrade his/her Plan to a lower value plan whereby the terms of the contract shall be terminated, and customer shall pay RM30 as penalty fee for termination of the said contract. |
