1. What is the 45-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass?

45-Day Unlimited Hajj Roaming Pass is a limited time offer that enables you to enjoy unlimited data (2GB High-speed Internet daily) and 30 minutes free calls during the Hajj promo period. This promo is valid from 23 April 2024 until 30 June 2024.

2. What type of roaming calls are covered in the 30 minutes free calls?

• Calls back to Malaysia 
• Calls to Saudi Arabia number 
• Receiving calls

Note:

• Once the free 30 minutes is fully utilized, standard call rate will be applied. Please refer HERE to check the rates. 
• Standard rates will also be applied if you make calls to 3rd party countries (countries other than Malaysia or Saudi Arabia).
• Roaming calls are counted based on 60 seconds block

Celcom:

4. If I reach the 2GB daily limit, can I still enjoy Internet while roaming without additional charges?

Yes. You may continue browsing without additional charges. However, your Internet speed will reduce to 1Mbps. Your 2GB High-speed Internet will be refreshed daily at 12am until your pass expires.

5. Can I purchase other roaming pass? What will happen to my existing pass?

Yes you can. Your existing plan will remain active.

6. How to purchase the Hajj Roaming Pass and can I buy it in advance?

You can purchase your roaming pass via Celcom Life & MyDigi App. You can pre-book in advance via MyDigi app only. Please refer to the steps below: 

Step 1: Login to the Celcom Life/MyDigi App 

Step 2: Click ‘Buy Add-Ons’ 

Step 3: Click ‘Roaming’ and select the country/region (Saudi Arabia) 

Step 4: Click on the roaming pass you intend to purchase 

Step 5: Select and confirm the date to activate the roaming pass (for MyDigi, the roaming pass can be activated up to 7 days in advance) 

Step 6: Click ‘Confirm’ 

Alternatively, you may purchase it by dialing *800# (Digi) or *118# (Celcom) after arriving at the destination country (no pre-book function in *800#).

7. Can I use my Pass while/if I transit in Singapore or any other country? 

No, the 45-day Unlimited Hajj Roaming pass is only applicable in Saudi Arabia. If any data usages are detected while you transit to other countries, Daily Internet Roaming will be auto activated for you.
