1. What is a 1-Day Call & SMS Pass?

1-Day Call & SMS Pass is an exclusive Voice and SMS roaming plan that allows subscribers to have Unlimited Calls and SMS while travelling overseas in selected countries and operators for only RM18 per day.

2. What are the main offers for 1-Day Call & SMS Pass?

• Unlimited Calls (Direct Calls to Malaysia, Direct Calls within roaming country and incoming calls)
• Unlimited SMS (Receiving and Outgoing)

Note:

1. Upon subscription, usage will be capped at 500 minutes and 500 SMS per day until your pass expires.
2. This service will not be auto-renewed once you have reached the expiry date. You will need to re-purchase if you wish to continue the service.
3. You can use the same pass if you travel within eligible countries with no additional charges.
4. This Pass is valid for 24 hours. For example, you subscribed to 1-Day Call & SMS Pass at 10.40 P.M. (14/5/2020). Your pass will expire at 10.40 P.M. (15/5/2020) (Malaysia Time).

3. Who is eligible for the 1-Day Call & SMS Pass?

All Postpaid and Prepaid customers.

4. How do I subscribe to 1-Day Call & SMS Pass?

You can manually purchase via Celcom Life App or *118#

5. Which are the countries & network operators covered by the 1-Day Calls & SMS Pass?

You may refer here to eligible countries and operators.

6. Will I be informed about my subscription? 

Yes, you will be informed via SMS when your 1-Day Calls & SMS Pass has been successfully activated.

7. Will I be informed of the expiry time?  

Yes, you will be receiving an expiry reminder notification at 12:00 A.M. on the expiry day. For example, you have subscribed to a 1-Day Call & SMS Pass at 10.40 P.M. (14/5/2020). You will receive an expiry reminder notification SMS at 12.00 A.M. (15/5/2020) to notify you that the pass will expire at 10.40 P.M. (15/5/2020) (Malaysia Time).

8. Can I purchase other Internet roaming passes while my 1-Day Call & SMS is still active? What will happen to my existing plan?

Yes, both products can co-exist.

9. Can I unsubscribe from the 1-Day Calls & SMS Pass?

No. You will not be able to opt out of this pass.

10. Will I be able to subscribe to the 1-Day Call & SMS Pass while I’m still in Malaysia?

Yes, you can subscribe while abroad or while you are still in Malaysia. Please note that the subscription will start on the day of subscription.
