How to view and download my prepaid itemised bill statement?

Note: Prepaid itemised bill statement is only available for Digi subscribers.


Prepaid account subscribers can now request a copy of your itemised usage for a selected period via MyDigi app/ web to be emailed to you.


Mobile Browser

Step 1: Login here. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right

Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and tap 'Log In'

Step 3: Enter the TAC that is sent to your mobile device and tap 'Proceed'

Step 4: To check your itemised bill statement, tap 'View Usage'

Step 5: Tap 'View Itemised Usage'

Step 6: Select the preferred itemised bill statement period and enter your email address. Then, tap 'Submit'

Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of the itemised bill statement.


Desktop Browser

Step 1: Login here. Tap on the MyDigi icon on your top right

Step 2: Enter your User ID and Password and click 'Log In'

Step 3: Enter the TAC that was sent to your mobile device and click 'Proceed'

Step 4: To check your itemised bill statements, click 'Account'. Then, click 'View Usage'

Step 5: Click on 'View Itemised Usage'

Step 6: Select the preferred itemised bill statement period and enter your email address. Then, click 'Submit'

Step 7: Done! Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with a PDF copy of the itemised bill statement.
