1. What is SafePAY Jr?
SafePAY Jr, powered by Vircle, is a subscription service that empowers parents to guide their children in managing money wisely and safely. It provides children with their own VISA Prepaid Card while keeping spending under parental control.
2. Who can subscribe to SafePAY Jr?
SafePAY Jr is available for all CelcomDigi Postpaid users on plans launched from 2021 onwards.
If your current plan isn’t supported, you can upgrade to the latest CelcomDigi Postpaid plans to enjoy SafePAY Jr and other new features.
3. How much is the price for SafePAY Jr?

| Normal subscription price (1st April 2026 onwards) | RM8.00/month |
Note: A one-time fee of RM10 processing fee applies for SafePAY Jr during checkout.
4. When will I be charged on my Postpaid bill?
The subscription fee is billed only when the Vircle Visa Prepaid Card is activated through the Vircle app.
Note: We highly recommend that parents activate the Vircle Visa Prepaid Card before 31st March 2026 to enjoy the promotional price.
5. How do I subscribe to SafePAY Jr?
You can subscribe to SafePAY Jr through CelcomDigi Online Store or CelcomDigi app.
6. How many SafePAY Jr accounts can I subscribe to?
Each mobile number can have only one SafePAY Jr subscription, which includes one child account.
To add another child, you’ll need to subscribe to SafePAY Jr subscription with a different mobile number.
7. Who can use the Vircle Visa Prepaid Card?
Vircle Visa Prepaid Card can be used by children of any age, but it’s ideal for those 8 years and older. At this age, kids can begin learning money management under parental supervision, developing healthy financial habits early.
8. What do I get from SafePAY Jr?

10. How long does it take to receive my Vircle Visa Prepaid Card?
You will receive your Vircle Visa Prepaid Card within 5 business days after a successful sign-up. Once received, you can immediately link your child account to the card and start managing their spending.
11. Can I change my delivery address after submitting my request?
No. Once the request has been submitted, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
12. How to activate my Vircle Visa Prepaid Card.
Upon receiving your Vircle Visa Prepaid Card, follow the steps below.

13. Where can I use my Vircle Visa Prepaid Card?
You can use your Vircle Visa Prepaid Card anywhere in the world where Visa is accepted. Whether for travel, online shopping, or everyday purchases, it offers unparalleled convenience and global accessibility. Unlike some e-wallet platforms that may have limited acceptance abroad, the Vircle Visa Prepaid Card ensures seamless transactions, empowering your child with financial independence and security no matter where they go.
14. What is required to keep my SafePAY Jr subscription active?
To maintain an active SafePAY Jr subscription, your postpaid mobile account must remain active. A barred or suspended postpaid account will prevent the system from renewing your subscription.
15. What happens if my SafePAY Jr subscription renewal is unsuccessful?
If your subscription renewal fails, the SafePAY Jr subscription will be automatically terminated. Once terminated, your SafePAY Jr card will stop functioning and cannot be used for any transactions.
16. What should I do if my SafePAY subscription is terminated?
If your subscription has been terminated, you will need to re-subscribe to the SafePAY Jr subscription. A new Vircle card will be issued, and a one-time processing fee of RM10 will apply.
17. What if I change my mind – can I unsubscribe from the subscription?
If SafePAY Jr no longer suits your needs, you can cancel it anytime through CelcomDigi App. Here’s how:
