1. What is the Auto-Renewal feature?

  • Auto-renewal provides customers with ease of mind and continual connectivity without having to manually subscribe to an Internet pass again to enjoy service. 
  • Internet validity, account validity, and Internet quota will be refreshed upon successful renewal and airtime credit balance will be automatically deducted by the same amount equivalent to the monthly fee of your selected monthly auto-recurring subscription.

 

2. What happens when I have sufficient credit balance upon ends of monthly Internet pass validity? 

Auto-renewal of internet pass will be successful upon expiry until you unsubscribe from your current monthly Internet pass or when you manually subscribe to another monthly Internet pass. 

 

3. What happens when I have insufficient credit balance upon ends of monthly Internet pass validity?

Auto-renewal of internet pass will be unsuccessful. Upon failure to auto-renew, the system will try auto-renewing again when the customer has reloaded with sufficient credit balance. 

 

4. If I subscribe to multiple Internet passes with the new auto-renewal, which Internet pass will be renewed? 

If you subscribe to the second subscription of the eligible Internet pass, your first Internet pass will be removed but the validity will remain until it expires. The perpetual auto renewal will be based on the latest Internet pass subscription.
