1. What is the credit validity for CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Biru?
Every reload of RM1 equals to 1 day validity, with credit validity period based on the table below:

Notes:
The prepaid account credit validity will extend upon the date of the successful reload.
Non-Malaysians will be charged with 6% SST upon credit reload.
2. What is the credit reload denomination?
The minimum reload denomination is RM5 and maximum is RM200.
3. Where can I reload my prepaid account?
- Celcom Life App
- Celcom Life Hub
- eCommerce Platforms or e-Wallets
- Self-Service CelcomDigi Kiosks
- Bank ATMs and Online Banking
4. What is the maximum amount I can keep in my prepaid line?
You can keep up to RM1,000 in your prepaid account at any point of time.
5. What is Auto Reload?
Auto Reload is a hassle-free credit reload facility, which allows you to reload your prepaid account automatically using credit or debit card based on the preferred date and reload amount. Auto Reload is available for all Prepaid users with a locally issued Visa or MasterCard debit or credit card. Subscribe now via our app!
6. How to subscribe or unsubscribe from Auto Reload service?
Follow these simple steps to subscribe/unsubscribe to Auto Reload:
Step 1: Login to Celcom Life app
Step 2: Click 'Usage' and select 'Credit'
Step 3: Click 'Auto-Reload'.
7. Can I select my preferred date and amount for Auto Reload?
Yes. You can choose the amount from RM5 to RM100 and select any date between 1st until 28th of the month. You can change the reload amount and date anytime and the Auto Reload will be effective on the new date.
