How do I transfer credit?

Domestic Credit Transfer

Transfer via SMS

• Celcom: Type RM <amount> and send to 1<mobile number>.

Transfer via USSD

• Celcom: Dial *365*4*2# > Choose 1 to 'Transfer Credit' > Reply with the amount of credit and phone number to transfer credit to > Choose 1 to proceed with the transaction.
• Digi: Dial *128# > Select '1 My Account' > Select 4 Talktime Services' > Select '1 Talktime Transfer' > Enter the recipient's mobile number > Select denomination of choice to complete transaction.

Transfer via App

• Celcom Life: Select Reload > Others > Insert mobile number and reload amount.
• MyDigi: Transferring credit is not available on MyDigi.

International Credit Transfer

Note: International Credit Transfer is only available for Digi subcribers.

Digi Prepaid customers are able to transfer credit internationally to another prepaid user outside of Malaysia.

• Dial *128# > Select '1 My Account' > Select 4 Talktime Services' > Select '4 Talktime Transfer International' > Select country of the recipient's mobile number > Enter the mobile number > Select denomination of choice to complete transaction (product listing differs by country).

Transfer Conditions

• Celcom:

• You can transfer any amount, capped at RM25 per transaction and RM100 per day. Please note that the transfer amount must be a round figure.
• For each successful transfer, a nominal RM0.50 service charge will apply.

• Digi:

• For Digi Postpaid to Digi Prepaid transfers, the maximum amount of credit transfer allowed per mobile number is RM15 or three (3) transactions per day and capped at RM100 per month.
  
• Please note that different amount will have different service fee and validity period.
