What is my reload validity?

Your credit validity starts from the day you reload successfully and you can have up to RM1,000 credit or reload balance in your account.

Validity Extension

You can extend the validity of your prepaid line as below:

• Celcom

Follow these simple steps to purchase validity extension:

• Via Celcom Life app

Log into your Celcom Life app > Tap 'More' > Click on 'Support & Services' > Select 'Validity Extension' > Select your preferred validity extension. 

• By dialing *118#

Dial *188# > '1 My Account' > '3 Extra Credit Validity' > Choose your preferred credit validity > Click confirm.

Note: Upon successfully subscribing to the validity extension, a new validity period will be added to your current credit validity.

• Digi

Follow these simple steps to purchase validity extension:

• Via MyDigi app

Login to MyDigi app > Select 'Reload' > Select 'Validity' > Select you preferred validity extension.

• By dialing *128#

Dial *128# > Select 'My Account' > '4 Talktime Services' > '3 Super Long Life' > Choose your preferred credit validity.

Note: You will have the account validity options based on your available credit balance. For example, you must have > RM108 balance in order to find 'RM108 for 365 days' option on MyDigi app.
