Step 1: Submit your request to switch to CelcomDigi

Note: Please bring along your ID card for registration.

Please ensure that:

  1. Your line is active.
  2. You do not have any ongoing contract with your current service provider.
  3. You have no outstanding bills with your current service provider.
  4. The submitted mobile number(s) is registered under your ID and your personal details match those with your current service provider.
  5. If you have supplementary lines, you must port them in together with your principal line.
  • Once your port-in is in progress, please ensure all your supplementary lines reply to the port-out confirmation SMS as instructed within the specified deadline.
  • If you have supplementary lines that do not wish to switch to CelcomDigi, you must split your primary and supplementary lines at your current service provider before requesting to switch to CelcomDigi.
  • If you are a supplementary line and wish to switch to CelcomDigi, you will need to convert your line to a primary line at your current service provider before requesting to switch to CelcomDigi.
