How to switch (port-in) to CelcomDigi?

Step 1: Submit your request to switch to CelcomDigi
- Online via CelcomDigi website.
- Walk into the nearest Celcom bluecube or Digi Store.
Note: Please bring along your ID for registration
Please ensure that:
- Your line is active.
- You do not have any ongoing contract with your current service provider.
- You have no outstanding bills with your current service provider.
- The submitted mobile number(s) is registered under your ID and your personal details match those with your current service provider.
- If you have supplementary lines, you must port them in together with your principal line.
- Once your port-in is in progress, please ensure all your supplementary lines reply to the port-out confirmation SMS as instructed within the specified deadline.
- If you have supplementary lines that do not wish to switch to CelcomDigi, you must split your primary and supplementary lines at your current service provider before requesting to switch to CelcomDigi.
- If you are a supplementary line and wish to switch to CelcomDigi, you will need to convert your line to a primary line at your current service provider before requesting to switch to CelcomDigi.
Step 2: Reply port-out confirmation SMS
- After receiving your new Celcom / Digi SIM, don't insert the SIM yet.
- Look out for a port-out confirmation SMS from your current service provider and follow the instructions to reply. Please reply within the specified deadline. Refer to the sample reply below:Unifi

For those who have submitted their request to switch online:
- You will receive the port-out confirmation SMS once you have successfully received and activated your SIM.
- For Digi, your SIM will be automatically activated within 1 hour of delivery. For Celcom, activate your SIM by scanning the QR code located in your 'Your Order Is On Its Way' email.
- SIM delivery will vary based on the delivery area as outlined below:
Delivery Areas Celcom Digi Within Klang Valley 1-2 days Minimum of 3 days West Malaysia (outside Klang Valley) 2-3 days Minimum of 3 days East Malaysia 3-5 days Minimum of 4 days - You may track the delivery of your Celcom SIM or Digi SIM online.
Important: For Digi subscribers, kindly ensure you are available during collection as 3rd party collection is not allowed. You will need to present your NRIC for verification purpose. Kindly note that after 2 failed delivery attempts, your parcel will be returned to the courier agency's HQ. Please perform self-collection within 6 working days from the date of last delivery.
Step 3: You will get an SMS on the status of your porting within 48 hours.
Note: However, it may take longer if you’ve submitted your request the day before, or on a public holiday.
Step 4: Once you have lost connection to your current service provider, insert your new Celcom/ Digi SIM and start connecting.
