  • Settings > Connection > Mobile Network > Network Mode > Switch to preferred network setting.

iOS

To use the 5G connection on your iPhone 12 model or later, you will need to update to iOS 16.2 or newer and carrier version 53.1 or newer. Then, manually activate the 5G network setting. Please follow the steps below:

  • Update iOS: Settings > General > Software Update and update to the latest iOS version.
  • Update Carrier: Settings > General > About and if prompted, follow the steps to update to the latest carrier settings.
  • Activate 5G network setting: Setting > Mobile Service > Mobile Data Options > Voice & Data > Switch to preferred network setting.
