Purchasing Apps In App Store

Pay via Celcom/ Digi enables you to make digital subscription purchases such as in-app purchases from the App Store, iTunes Store, subscribe to Apple Music, buy iCloud storage and more on any Apple devices by paying with your Celcom/ Digi monthly bill or prepaid balance.

Note: The charges will be listed in the 'Mobile Services' section as iTunes or Apple Media in your bill statement.


Setting Up Pay via Celcom/ Digi

You will first need to set up an Apple ID. Once you have an Apple ID, go to your phone settings > Apple ID > Payment & Shipping > Add Payment Method > choose Mobile Phone.

 

If you wish to charge your purchases to another Celcom/ Digi mobile number using the same Apple ID, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Visit http://apple.co/digi

Step 2: Select mobile phone and then use different mobile number

Step 3: Enter the mobile number you wish to charge your purchases to

Step 4: Fill in the account information and click 'Next'. A verification code will be sent to you

Step 5: Once the code has been verified, you will be returned to the 'Account' screen

Step 6: Select 'Done', and you are now ready to make purchases.

Note: If you change mobile number, you will need to set up Pay via Celcom/ Digi for App Store again.



Canceling Subscription


  • iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

Step 1: Open the Settings app

Step 2: Tap on your name

Step 3: Tap 'Subscriptions'

Step 4: Tap 'Cancel Subscription'. You might need to scroll down to find the cancel subscription button. If there is no cancel button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription has already been cancelled.

 

  • Mac

Step 1: Open the App Store

Step 2: Click your name. If you can't find your name, click 'Sign In'

Step 3: Click 'Account Settings'

Step 4: Scroll to 'Subscriptions', then click 'Manage'

Step 5: Next to the subscription, click 'Edit'

Step 6: Click 'Cancel Subscription'. If there is no cancel or cancel subscription button, the subscription has already been cancelled.

 

  • Windows PC

Step 1: On your PC, open iTunes. If you don't have iTunes, learn how to download iTunes for Windows

Step 2: From the menu bar at the top of the iTunes window, choose 'Account', then choose 'View My Account'

Step 3: Click 'View Account'

Step 4: Scroll to the 'Settings' section. Next to 'Subscriptions', click 'Manage'.

 


Refund

If you have been wrongly charged for a purchase, please follow these steps to request a refund:

Step 1: Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com

Step 2: Tap 'I'd like to,' then choose 'Request a refund'

Step 3: Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose 'Next'

Step 4: Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose 'Submit'. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
