1. What is International Roaming service?

International Roaming service allows you to access the Internet, receive or make calls and SMS on your mobile phones/ PDA devices abroad.

2. How to activate international roaming service?

International Roaming service will be automatically activated upon plan registration.

3. Who is eligible for International Roaming service?  

All Celcom and Digi subscribers.

4. Do I have to pay an activation fee or make a deposit to activate my International Roaming service? 

No fees or deposit is required for activation.

5. How do I avoid being connected to an overseas network?  

You may manually select ‘Flight Mode’ on your mobile device(s) to avoid being connected to an overseas network.

Note: Alternatively, you may also subscribe to any Celcom/Digi Roaming passes to avoid being charged while roaming.

6. How do I check if I have sufficient credit limit to purchase a Celcom/ Digi Roaming Pass?

You can check your credit limit via the following methods:

Via Celcom Life app:
  1. Go to the 'Usage' tab
  2. Select 'Bill'.
Via MyDigi app:
  1. On the homepage, click on 'View/ Pay Bill'
  2. Under the 'My Bills' page, scroll down to 'My Account'.
  1. Dial *128#
  2. Select '2 My Account'
  3. Select '4 Credit Limit'.
