1. What is a Mix & Match Plan?
Mix & Match is a new feature in Celcom Life App and Celcom Online shop that allows customers to customize their own internet pass. Customers can choose validity, internet quota, add-ons, and even premium subscriptions. Subscribe now via Celcom Life App or Celcom Online Shop!
2. Who is eligible to enjoy the Mix & Match feature?
All new & existing Celcom Prepaid customers

4. How to customize my Internet Pass with Mix & Match?
There are 4 categories to choose from: Primary Plan, Essentials, Add-Ons, and Premium Subscriptions. Choosing a Primary Plan is mandatory while Essentials, Add-Ons, and Premium Subscriptions are optional selections.
Step 1: Select a Primary Plan (mandatory selection)
- Select between the validity of 5 days OR the 30 days Mix & Match Plan.
- Choose a Primary Plan to begin customizing:

- You will get free unlimited essential apps limited to (WhatsApp, WeChat, LINE and Boost) when you customize your Mix & Match plan via Celcom Life app only. It is limited to selected Primary Plans.

Step 3: Checkout and complete payment
You are unable to make changes to the Internet Pass upon successful subscription/payment. However, you can customise a new Mix & Match Plan and/or subscribe to existing Internet Passes or add-ons while the Mix & Match Plan is still valid.
5. What are the usage priorities for a Mix & Match plan?
- Internet Passes (High Speed)
- Unlimited Passes (6Mbps)
- Unlimited Passes (3Mbps)
- Unlimited Passes – Reduced Speed (512kbps)
6. Can I tether/hotspot to other devices on a Mix & Match plan?
Yes. If you choose the High-Speed Internet Primary Plan, you can tether/hotspot. However, for Unlimited Primary Plans, you will have to choose the hotspot feature from the Essentials category to enjoy tethering/hotspot services.
7. When does the 5-Day and 30-Day Mix & Match plan(s) expire?
The 5-Day Mix & Match Plan will be valid until 11:59 P.M. on the 5th day from the successful subscription of the plans whereas the 30-Day Mix & Match Plan will be valid until 11:59 P.M. on the 30th day from the successful subscription of the plans.
8. Am I allowed to have multiple subscriptions before the validity period of the existing plan expires?
Yes. The validity of multiple subscriptions will follow the validity of the second subscription and the Internet quota will override.
Example of scenarios for better understanding:

The customer has selected the RM3 unlimited voice calls service and 3 apps (TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook) from Add-ons for RM8. The validity of the multiple subscriptions will follow the validity of the second subscription and the Internet quota will override.
The 30-Day Mix & Match Plan is a one-time pass only so it does not auto-renew after the validity expires. |
2 | 30-Day Mix & Match Plan (Unlimited) | 30-Day Mix & Match Plan (High Speed) | The customer is subscribed to the RM32 3Mbps Unlimited Mix & Match Plan that is valid for thirty (30) days. The customer has selected the RM3 unlimited voice calls service, the RM3 5GB High-Speed Internet feature, and the RM3 5GB Hotspot service. The customer has also selected 3 apps (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) from Add-ons for RM8 and 1 app with premium subscription (iQiYi VIP Access).
On the 25th day of use, the customer then subscribes to the RM42 40GB High Speed Mix & Match Plan that is valid for thirty (30) days. The customer has selected the RM3 unlimited voice calls service and 3 apps (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) from Add-ons for RM8.
The validity of the multiple subscriptions will follow the validity of the second subscription and the Internet quota will override.
The 30-Day Mix & Match Plan is a one-time pass only so it does not auto-renew after the validity expires. |

| 5-Day Mix & Match Plan (Unlimited) | The customer is subscribed to the RM10 3Mbps Unlimited Mix & Match Existing Plan that is valid for five (5) days. The customer has selected the RM1 unlimited voice calls service On the third day of use, the customer subscribes to another RM10 3Mbps Unlimited Mix & Match Existing Plan that is valid for five (5) days. The customer has the RM1 unlimited voice calls service and 3 apps (TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) from Add-ons for RM6. The validity of the multiple subscriptions will follow the validity of the second subscription and the Internet quota will override. The 5-Day Mix & Match Plan is the only plan that can be auto-renewed after the validity expires. |
4 | 5-Day/ 30-Day Mix & Match Plan (High Speed) | 30-Day Existing Internet Pass / Unlimited Pass (Unlimited) | The customer is subscribed to the 30-Day RM20 8GB High Speed Mix & Match Plan that is valid for thirty (30) days. The customer has added the RM3 unlimited voice calls service and 3 apps (TikTok, Instagram and Facebook) from the Entertainment App selection at RM8. On the 3rd day of use, the customer subscribes to the RM38 Monthly Unlimited Pass with 3Mpbs + 5GB Uncapped Speed that is valid for thirty (30) days. The validity of the first subscription will remain as it is and will expire when it reaches the time limit. The second subscription will come from a different data bucket and it will expire based on the respective subscription validity. |
9. Does the Mix & Match plan come with an auto-renewal feature?
Mix & Match is a one-time pass that does not come with an auto-renewal feature. For ready-made Internet Passes including Best-Seller passes, however, the auto-renewal feature is available, and you can opt to unsubscribe via the Celcom Life app.
10. Can I enjoy 5G with Mix & Match plan?
Yes. You need to fulfil the below criteria to enjoy 5G with Mix & Match:
- A 5G compatible devices
- Within the 5G coverage sites
- Subscribe to any Mix & Match high-speed passes as below:
