Product Overview:

Postpaid customers may enjoy FREE add-ons by subscribing to Freedom Add-Ons. The FREE add-ons will be tied to a contract that will incur a penalty if it is breached.

1. Product Details and Eligibility

Celcom Freedom Add-Ons is available for all existing Celcom MEGA, Celcom MEGA Family and XPAX Postpaid plans subscribers. Subscribe for a 12-month 24-month contract to enjoy any one (1) additional service offered under Freedom Add-Ons for free.

2. Signing Up

Customers may subscribe to the Freedom Add-Ons via the following channels:

3. Fees and Payment

The various Freedom Add-ons are uniquely valued. If a price is indicated, you will need to pay that price on top of your monthly plan fee. If no price is indicated, it is free of charge, and you only need to pay your monthly plan fee - the Freedom Add-on will then be automatically renewed every month for the duration of your contract period.

4. Termination

Switching plans or terminate Freedom Add-Ons during contract period	After your contract has ended, the Freedom Add-Ons will be removed from your plan. To keep enjoying the freebies, you can re-subscribe to Freedom Add-Ons again. Please note that future offerings might differ from the current ones. If you upgrade or switch plans between Unlimited MEGA and Lightning MEGA, the Freedom Add-Ons and contract duration will be carried forward to the new plan. If you switch from 5G Access Contract to XPAX Postpaid Unlimited 75, the contract will be canceled with waived penalty. In case of termination or downgrade, the contract is canceled, and you will incur a penalty based on your active Freedom Add-Ons.
Changing Freedom Add-Ons offer	If you have been on your current contract for more than 2 months, you can switch to a different Freedom Add-Ons offer without paying a penalty. If it has been less than 2 months on your current contract, you can still switch to a different Freedom Add-Ons offer, but you will need to pay a penalty based on your current Freedom Add-Ons. The start date of your contract will be updated to the new date for both scenarios.
Adding a device contract during contract period	If you wish to add a device contract after staying in your current contract for at least 2 months, the remaining Freedom Add-Ons will be forfeited, and the penalty will be waived. However, if you wish to add a device contract after staying in your current contract for less than 2 months, the remaining Freedom Add-Ons will be forfeited, and you will be charged the penalty based on the Freedom Add-Ons you’re currently subscribed to.

5. Data Utilisation Precedence

Your mobile Internet will be utilized based on the following precedence depending on the available internet buckets that you have at any point in time:

Quota from any promotional freebies
Quota from Internet add-on (One-time purchase)
Quota from Hotspot add-on
Quota from Internet add-on with contract (Monthly recurring)
Quota from Internet sharing
Quota from base quota

Note: Add-Ons that you purchased will always be utilized first before any free add-ons.
