• The final Internet quota can be viewed via MyDigi app (reflected 3 hours after conversion). To view:
  

1. Login to MyDigi app

2. Swipe right on the Internet section to view the additional quota which is listed separately from the base quota. 

Free Internet Sharing of Base Internet Quota 

(for Principal line on a Family Group)
 

1. Subscribers who are principal line holders are advised to allocate Internet quota to their family lines via the MyDigi app.
2. Absence of quota allocation will result in the family lines, Gadget SIM and Mobile Broadband supplementary line to be fully utilizing the principal line’s base quota.

2. EXTRA INTERNET QUOTA

5. DATA UTILISATION PRECEDENCE

Your mobile Internet will be utilized based on the following precedence depending on the available Internet buckets that you have at any point in time: 

1. Quota from any promotional freebies 
2. Quota from Internet add-on (One-time purchase)  
3. Quota from Hotspot add-on
4. Quota from Internet add-on with contract (Monthly recurring)  
5. Quota from Internet sharing 
6. Quota from base quota

6. QUOTA UPGRADE (ANNOUNCED 21 SEP 2023) 

As announced on 21 Sep 2023, base quota will be upgraded to 135GB. New base quota will be reflected based on following subscriber type: 

• For new subscriber (joining on or after 21 Sep 2023) – new base quota reflected immediately.
• For existing subscriber (joined before 21 Sep 2023) – new base quota reflected upon next bill cycle refresh.
