Lifetime Rebate for Senior Citizens and OKU/PWD

Lifetime Rebate Offer 

Through the Digi Yellow Heart initiative, all senior citizens and Person with Disabilities (PWD) are eligible for a lifetime rebate of RM10 on their monthly postpaid bill. 

Effective Date:

Senior Citizen: 13 March 2023 - current

Person with Disabilities (PWD): 13 March 2022 - current 

Eligibility 

Eligible subscribers must sign up for any current selling principal postpaid & broadband plans and the following criteria:

For senior citizens, here is how you can redeem your lifetime rebate benefit:    

Step 1: Go to your MyDigi app and click Box of Surprise
 

Step 2: Redeem the Yellow Heart offer

Step 3: Lookout for your RM10 rebate in your next bill (first bill may be prorated)

All the subscribers who are tagged with this lifetime rebate are required to stay active on the postpaid plan. Any postpaid to prepaid or change of plan performed after the granting of the rebate will forfeit the rebate; eligible subscribers whose new plans are eligible for the rebate are required to perform the above registration mechanics again.

Note: Subscribers may be tagged with one (1) Senior Citizen or PWD on each line at one point of time.
