CelcomDigi Fibre Mesh Add-On

1. What is CelcomDigi Fibre Mesh Add-on?  
The Fibre Mesh Add-on is a monthly subscription that provides a mesh router to improve your Home WiFi coverage by eliminating dead zones and providing a stronger, more stable connection throughout your home.  

2. Who can subscribe to CelcomDigi Fibre Mesh Add on?  

This offer is only available to new and existing CelcomDigi Fibre customers.  

3. How much does the Mesh Add-on cost?  

4. How many Mesh units can I subscribe to? 

You can subscribe to a maximum of two Mesh units per account, including any free Mesh. For example, if you already have a free mesh, you can add one paid Mesh.  

5. What is the contract duration? 

The Mesh Add on comes with a 24-month contract. This contract applies only to the Mesh Add on and is separate from your main fibre plan contract.  

6. Is there any penalty for early termination?  

Yes, an early termination fee will apply, based on the remaining contract tenure.  

7. Do I need to pay upfront for the Mesh device?  

No upfront payment is required, the monthly Mesh Add on will be charged together with your fibre bill.  

8. Will the Mesh work with my current router?  

Yes, the Mesh units are designed to work seamlessly with your Fibre router.  

9. How do I install the Mesh device?  

No worries, we will arrange for a technical expert to visit your home and handle the installation for you.  

10. Why can’t I sign up for the Mesh Add on?  

The Mesh Add on is only available for new CelcomDigi fibre plans. If you are on a legacy fibre plan, you will need to upgrade to the latest fibre plan, and we will assist in recommending the Mesh option that best suits your fibre speed and router.
