FAQ: MLBB Neighbourhood Map Campaign

1. How do I participate in the campaign?

1. Open the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) game.
2. Visit your nearest CelcomDigi store.
3. Access the Neighbourhood Map feature.
4. Locate the nearest participating CelcomDigi store and complete the available task(s).
5. Receive the corresponding reward upon successful completion.

2. Do I need to download MLBB to participate?

Yes. Participants must have the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB) game installed on their mobile device

3. Do I need to be inside the CelcomDigi store to complete the task?

Yes. Participants must be physically present inside a participating CelcomDigi store to complete and redeem the task(s).

4. What are the available tasks and rewards?

• Task 1, Task 2, and Task 3 rewards need to be claimed in-game and will automatically be credited upon successful task completion.
• Bonus task reward will be manually redeemed with assistance from CelcomDigi staff.

5. Is there a limit on the number of redemptions?

Yes. Each participating store has a redemption cap and rewards are available while allocations last.

6. How often do the tasks refresh?

Tasks refresh daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

7. What qualifies for the Bonus Task (150 Diamonds)?

Participants must make a minimum purchase of RM30 in a single receipt at a participating CelcomDigi store.

8. What products or services qualify for the RM30 purchase requirement?

Eligible purchases include selected CelcomDigi products and services available at participating stores, including:

• SIM Pack purchase
• Postpaid registration
• Fibre registration
• Device accessories

9. Do bill payments qualify for the Bonus Task redemption?

No. Bill payments are not eligible for this promotion.

10. Do prepaid top-ups qualify for the Bonus Task redemption?

No. Prepaid top-ups are not eligible for this promotion.

11. Can I combine multiple receipts to reach RM30?

No. The minimum spend requirement must be fulfilled in a single receipt.

12. Can I use the same receipt for multiple redemptions?

No. Each receipt is eligible for one (1) redemption only.

13. What happens if the redemption cap at a store has been reached?

Once the store allocation has been fully redeemed, no further rewards will be available at that location.

14. What should I do if I encounter issues with task completion or reward redemption?

Participants may seek assistance from the store staff on-site during the campaign period.

15. Can I redeem rewards at any CelcomDigi store?

Rewards can only be redeemed at participating CelcomDigi stores listed within the MLBB Neighbourhood Map feature.

16. Can CelcomDigi or MLBB change the campaign mechanics?

Yes. CelcomDigi and MLBB reserve the right to amend the campaign mechanics, rewards, eligibility requirements, or terms and conditions without prior notice.
