1. What are the available Helo IDD Pass?

2. Upon purchase, when does the pass expire?

The pass validity starts immediately upon activation and lasts for 7 days (168 hours). 

3. Can I buy another Helo IDD Pass while my current one is still active?

Yes, your existing pass will remain active. You may purchase multiple passes, and the validity will be extended based on the latest pass purchased.

4. How can I check my internet balance of IDD minutes and validity?

You can check and manage your usage via the CelcomDigi app.

5. How do I purchase the Helo IDD Pass?

You can purchase the Helo IDD Pass via the CelcomDigi app or by dialing 118*5*2#. However, we encourage you to download the CelcomDigi app to enjoy a wider variety of passes and exclusive offers.

6. Is the Helo IDD Pass automatically renewed?

No.

7. How are calls calculated under the Helo IDD Pass?

Calls are counted in 60-second blocks. Once the included IDD minutes are fully used, any additional calls will be charged at the standard pay-per-use IDD rates.

8. Can I use the new IDD Pass while I’m overseas?

No, the new IDD Pass is only valid for use within Malaysia and cannot be used when you are overseas.

9. Is the Helo IDD Pass applicable for all types of calls?

The Helo IDD Pass is applicable only for mobile and fixed lines. It does not support calls made to premium numbers, video calls, or satellite calls.
