5. How do I track the Internet usage for this pass?
You can track and manage your Internet usage via the Celcom Life or MyDigi app, or by dialling *118#.
6. Can I do multiple purchases for this pass?
Yes, multiple purchases are allowed.
7. What happens after I fully utilise the 2999GB quota?
Once the quota is fully utilised, subsequent usage will be deducted from your monthly Internet quota or any other Internet add-on subscription.
8. How do I know if my purchase is successful?
You will receive an SMS upon successful purchase.
9. Is auto renewal available for this pass?
No. This is a one-time purchase add-on.
10. Can I use tethering or hotspot with this pass?
Yes, tethering or hotspot is allowed with this pass.
11. Can I use this pass while roaming?
No. The pass is only applicable for domestic use within Malaysia. Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges.
12. What happens to any unused Internet quota?
Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry.
13. When does this pass expire?
The pass will be valid until 12:00 a.m. on the 5th day of the successful subscription.
14. I am not a CelcomDigi user, can I purchase this pass?
No. You must be a registered CelcomDigi customer to subscribe to this pass.
