1. What is the all new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?

CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan is a new 5G Plan which offers Unlimited 5G & 4G anywhere, 50% discount on supplementary lines and roaming, free 5G Phones & latest 5G Phones from RM1/month and free fibre.

3. With this CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G launch, are you also going to discontinue the Celcom Postpaid and Digi Postpaid?

Yes, Celcom Postpaid and Digi Postpaid Plan will be discontinued. We recommend you to sign-up the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plans to enjoy the best value on your postpaid plan. The new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plans start from as low as RM40/month.

4. I am an existing Digi Customer having the non-contract Roam Like Home offer. Will I continue to enjoy this offer if I change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?

No, your Roam Like Home offer will be dropped if you change plan to CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan. In exchange, you will be able to enjoy Unlimited Roaming Pass for only RM49/month with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G 120 and above.

5. Can I sign up for the CelcomDigi Postpaid plans with Senior Citizens or Person with Disability rebate?

There is no rebate for Senior Citizens or Person with Disability with CelcomDigi Postpaid currently. Stay tuned for our upcoming promo. Kindly note that if you are currently already enjoy a Senior Citizen or Person with Disability rebate on your current Digi plan, you will continue to enjoy the rebate when you change to a CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan.

6. Can I sign up for NUMBERshare or AirSIM on my watch with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?

Yes, you may sign up for a NUMBERshare or AirSIM with CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan.

If you have an existing NUMBERshare or AirSIM subscription, you can continue to enjoy the service with the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan.

NUMBERshare or AirSIM for CelcomDigi Postpaid SE will be available from 14 March 2024 onwards.

7. I am currently enjoying the RM15x12months rebate on Digi Postpaid 90. Will I continue to enjoy the rebate if I change my plan to CelcomDigi 5G Postpaid Plan?

No, your rebate will be dropped if you change to the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan. However, you can still enjoy a RM10x12months rebate or 50% additional 5G/4G Quota on the new CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan by subscribing to the Freedom Add-Ons contract.

8. Is auto-billing discount still available for CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan?

RM50 rebate auto-billing offer for Celcom customer and 5% x 6months rebate auto-billing offer for Digi customers will not be available on the CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G Plan. Digi customers that are still enjoying the 5% x 6 months rebate will have the offer dropped when they move to this plan. Stay tuned for our upcoming offer for auto-billing.
