1. How do I change my WiFi Name and Password?

Note: WiFi Name is also known as “Network Name” or “SSID”

Most CelcomDigi routers come with a label affixed to the body of the device either on the underside or back panel. This label usually contains the default login credentials, along with other information like the router’s IP address and serial number.

The router username and password are required to access your router settings or to change your network configuration.

To change your Wi-Fi credentials, follow the step-by-step instructions tailored to your specific router model. We recommend using LAN/Ethernet cable and laptop for this process.

a) For ZYXEL EX3300-T0 router:

Step 1: Ensure your device is connected to the router via Wi-Fi or LAN/Ethernet cable.

Step 2: Open a web browser on your device and enter ‘192.168.50.1’ in the address bar, and press ‘Enter’.

Step 3: Enter the username and password as provided on the back of your router.

Step 4: After logging in, navigate to the Wi-Fi settings and click on the arrow below the section.

Step 5: Change the password for both 2.4G and 5G networks. Click ‘Save’ after making changes.

b) For TP-Link EX510 and TP-Link EX820 CelcomDigi router:

You can find your router’s model number on the label located at the back or bottom of the device. It’s also listed in the printed information that came with the router.
