I'm Unable to Connect Certain Devices to the WiFi (E.g. TV/Gaming Console/Other Devices)

1. I can connect my mobile device/computer/laptop to WiFi, but I cannot connect my Smart TV/gaming console/other devices. How can I fix this?

If certain devices, such as your Smart TV or gaming console, can’t connect to the internet while others work fine, the issue might lie with the device’s settings or compatibility. Here are some steps you can try:

  1. Check Device Settings: Ensure the network settings on your Smart TV or gaming console are correctly configured.
  2. Firmware Update: Make sure your device’s firmware is up to date. Manufacturers often release updates to fix connectivity issues.
  3. Network Band: Some devices may have trouble connecting to certain WiFi frequencies (2.4GHz vs. 5GHz). Try connecting to a different frequency.
  4. Wired Connection: If possible, use an LAN/Ethernet cable for a more stable connection.
  5. Reach out to the device manufacturer or distributor for technical support.
