1. What is credits validity?

Credits validity refers to the time frame in which your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) credits remain valid for use in your account. Upon expiry of your credit's validity, any remaining Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) credits in your account will be forfeited and your credits balance will be reset to 0. This policy is effective from 17th March 2020.

2. How long is my credits validity? What is the length of the validity period of my Yoodo credits?

As long as your account is an existing Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) line, your credits will remain valid with no expiry. However, if a user has terminated their last active line or has no active lines on their account, the remaining credits in a user's account will have a fixed validity of 30 days before being forfeited.

3. I have accidentally terminated my line. Will my Yoodo credits account be immediately terminated?

No, it won't. All users will be notified via email that their Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) credits will expire within 30 days.

4. What does Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) mean by 'active line'? Can my credits balance be forfeited if my line has no active plan?

Active line in the context of credit validity refers to your Yoodo (by CelcomDigi) account must have at least one line registered on your account. Hence, even if your account's last remaining line does not have any plan subscription, credits forfeiture will not occur.

However, once your line is automatically terminated after the 60 days grace period, you will be notified via email that your credits will expire within 30 days if your account continues to have no active line.

5. Will I get a reminder that my credits are about to expire after the first email reminder?

Users will receive another automated email to remind them 7 days before credits forfeiture is initiated. After 7 days, if there is still no active line on the account, credits forfeiture will take place automatically without any notification. However, an entry containing the date and amount of forfeiture will be added to your activity in the app.
