1. When are the Google Pixel 10 devices launching?
The Google Pixel 10 launch starts on 28 August 2025, from 10.00am onwards. Purchase can be made via the CelcomDigi website, CelcomDigi Store and CelcomDigi Express, while stocks last.
2. What are the benefits available for customers who sign up for Google Pixel 10 devices during the launch?
Customers will receive freebies for each purchase of Google Pixel 10. CelcomDigi reserves the right to change the freebies at any time without prior notice.

3. Who is eligible to purchase the Google Pixel 10?
- New customers (including Port-Ins and Prepaid-to-Postpaid Conversions).
- Existing customers without any contract and no call bar / restrictions.
4. Can a customer with an existing contract opt for this plan?
A customer cannot sign up for this device contract with the same mobile number if he/she is already contracted. However, the customer can choose to sign up with a new line.
5. How to purchase the Google Pixel 10?
Customers may walk into any of our CelcomDigi Store, CelcomDigi Express or alternatively sign-up online following the steps below:
Step 1: Visit Google’s page via CelcomDigi’s website: https://www.celcomdigi.com/devices/google
Step 2: Choose preferred device model and plan.
Step 3: Pay total amount stated for the device [Device price + Upfront payment (if any)].
6. What should customers do if they need more information or assistance with their Google Pixel 10 features or any premium google services?
Customer may reach out to Pixel Help Centre for further assistance.
RM100 Touch n Go (TNG) eWallet voucher
1. Who is eligible for the RM100 TNG eWallet voucher?
Customers who purchase the Google Pixel 10 during the Campaign Period (28 August 2025 to 30 November 2025) with selected CelcomDigi Postpaid Plan is eligible for the RM100 TNG eWallet voucher.
2. What is the duration of the RM100 TNG eWallet voucher eligibility?
For purchases within campaign period from 28 August 2025 to 30 November 2025, you will be entitled to redeem the RM100 TNG voucher which is subjected to availability (first come first serve basis, while stocks last)
3, What is the redemption period for the RM100 TNG eWallet voucher?
The redemption period will be available from 28 August 2025 (10:00 A.M.) to 7 December 2025 (11:59 P.M.)
4. How to redeem the RM100 TNG eWallet voucher?
Step 1: Visit any CelcomDigi Store or log on to the CelcomDigi Website.
Step 2: Sign up for a Google Pixel 10 device with an eligible CelcomDigi Postpaid 5G plan (RM120 and above)
Step 3: Complete the online redemption form during the redemption period, which runs from 10:00 a.m. on 28 August 2025 to 11:59 p.m. on 7 December 2025.
Step 4: After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation email from hello@perfecdot.com upon successful submission. Please allow up to 14 working days for processing and verification. A separate email will be sent once verification is successful.
Step 5: Upon successful verification, you will receive the RM100 TNG eWallet PIN via email from hello@perfecdot.com
Step 6: Redeem and enjoy your RM100 TNG eWallet voucher. Refer to the voucher reload guide here.
5. How will customers receive RM100 TNG eWallet voucher?
Customer will receive the RM100 TNG eWallet PIN via email from hello@perfecdot.com upon successful verification.
