Modified on Thu, 4 Jul at 3:38 PM

You can request to transfer your account ownership at Celcom bluecube and Digi Stores. Kindly ensure that your account is still active and perform full settlement of billed and unbilled amount before initiating the request. If the account has an active device/ service contract, existing owner will need to terminate the contract before proceeding to transfer account ownership to someone else.

You may request for transfer of ownership with the following:

  • Presence of both existing and new owner
  • Transferor's NRIC/ Passport/ ID
  • Transferee's NRIC/ Passport/ ID

Note: For Persons with Disabilities (PWD) or hospitalized customers who are unable to visit the store, the transferee must present a proof of relationship document and a hospital letter (if applicable) to proceed with the transfer of ownership request.

If the transfer of ownership is due to a demise, you must present the following:

  • Original death certificate
  • Copy of the deceased’s NRIC/ Passport/ ID
  • Proof of relationship document (marriage or birth certificate)
