You can track and manage your account via the Celcom Life or MyDigi app, depending on the applicable app.

5. Can I do multiple purchases for this Mobile Internet Pass? 

Yes, multiple purchases are allowed for this Mobile Internet Pass. 

6. What do I need to know about the Internet Quota? 

The 300GB Internet is high-speed Internet for selected Application usage as below:

Digi/CelcomDigi Postpaid and CelcomDigi Prepaid 5G Kuning Plan - Netflix, iQIYI, Youtube, Viu and Disney+ Hotstar

Upon full utilization of the 300GB High-Speed Internet, any subsequent usage will be deducted from the monthly Internet quota, or any other Internet Add on subscription. Otherwise, Internet usage will be throttled to the speed of 64Kbps.

7. How do I know if my purchase of this Mobile Internet Pass is successful? 

You will receive a SMS upon successful purchase. 

8. Is auto renewal available for this Mobile Internet Pass? 

No. This is a one-time purchase Add On. 

9. Can I use this Mobile Internet Pass quota while roaming? 

No. It is only applicable for domestic use only (within Malaysia). Internet usage while roaming is chargeable on top of your monthly commitment at roaming charges. 

10. What happens to unused Internet quota? 

Any unused Internet quota will be forfeited upon expiry. 

11. When exactly does my Mobile Internet Pass expires? 

The Mobile Internet Pass will be valid until 11:59 P.M on the 4th day prior to the successful subscription.  

12. I am not a CelcomDigi user, can I purchase this Mobile Internet Pass? 

You must be registered as a CelcomDigi customer to subscribe to this Mobile Internet Pass.
