1. What is the “Big Win Triviaganza” Campaign?

The “Big Win Triviaganza” Campaign introduces the off-campaign period in which participants shall receive interesting mobile content every week and experience an exciting quiz game while they will be given the opportunity to win amazing weekly prizes.

2. What are the "Big Win Triviaganza" Prizes?

Every week, the participant who has collected the highest number of points of the respective weekly period will win RM500!
 

3. How many prizes can a participant win?

Each ID holder with an MSISDN can win a maximum one (1) weekly prize during the whole off-campaign period.

4. Where can I find information about the service?

All information that you need about the “Big Win Triviaganza” campaign and the winners is available on Big Win Triviaganza 7 Terms and Conditions.

5. How will I be informed if I win?

Celcom will get in touch with you via phone call if you are the winner of any of the prizes.

6. Who can win the weekly prize?

Every week, the participant who has collected the highest number of participation points during each weekly period will win RM5,000 each. The participation points counting towards the Weekly Prizes’ Competitions are those collected during the respective weekly period. For a participant to be eligible to win the Weekly Prize, he/she shall have been charged successfully at least once during that weekly period.

7. I am not a subscriber of Celcom, can I participate?

Unfortunately, no. If you wish to join you can get a prepaid Celcom SIM card or subscribe to any of Celcom’s postpaid plans.

8. How many points do I earn for every IOD (Interaction on Demand) question that I answer?

If you answer the question correctly, you will get 200 points. If you give a wrong or invalid (other than option 1 or 2) answer, you will get 100 points. Within the campaign, there are bonus phases available that give you additional points.

9. If I answer wrong to IOD questions, do I get points?

Yes, you get points. For each wrong answer you give, you will get 100 points, counting for the respective prizes’ competitions.

10. Is there a limit as to the amount spent per day on the service?

Yes, every day you will able to spend up to RM50.00 for IOD questions and the weekly subscription fee. You will be charged RM1.00/question from the 4th participation day onwards and RM7.00/week (a 3 days free period applies to first time users).

11. Do I lose my earned points?

Regarding the weekly prizes, your participation points are reset every week.

12. Can I transfer the points I have won in "Big Win Triviaganza 7" to other campaigns of the Big Win portal?

No. The points earned shall be exclusively used for the purpose of this campaign only.

13. What is the cost of points and mobile content I receive daily from 29888?

You receive automatically 700 points to your account weekly, simply by being a participant, which counts for all competitions. Participation is free for the first 3 days (free period applies to first time users only). From then on participation shall be charged RM7.00/week.

14. What I need to do to stop from being charged for the IOD question?

If you want to unsubscribe from the IOD question, you need to unsubscribe from the campaign by sending STOP to 29888.

15. What is the cost of every SMS that I send to 29888?

Local SMS Rate: RM0.15.

16. Why are Triviaganza contest being discontinued?

This contest have been discontinued as of 27 October 2023 since the off campaign period has ended.

17. Will I be charged RM7/week for the renewal upon discontinuing the service?

No charges after 27 October 2023.
